Crashes constantly. Terrible design
Terrible APP and poor customer service!
Never had such extremely bad experience in my life! No third party transaction can be made via the APP and PC. The customer service was not helpful at all!
A genuine rubbish bank app doesn't support iPhone 15
This app only has half the function of web pc version. Cannot make a third party transaction, tons of bugs and screen shut. Feel frustrated when banking with OCBC
Worst banking app I have ever used
This is possibly the worst banking app I have ever used. You get absolutely no information about transactions, there is no times on the transactions, no details. It takes 2-3 days for the transactions to show up on the account. You cannot transfer money between your own accounts on weekends. The user interface is slow and touch only works half the time. The new velocity platform is just as bad.

Worst business banking app ever
I installed this app when OCBC Wing Hang asked me to. The app was silly. People changed their mobile phone all the time, when you already confirm through SMS, how come I have to approve through your OTP system again? When I try to solve the issue, your app told me to do it in your website. When I do it in your website, your website asked for an OTP which you can get it through your phone? Have your IT really thought about the issue?
