Generally the app is OK but it’s infuriating in its endless demands that I rate it between every authorisation of a payment, freezing everything until I’ve dismissed it. I don’t want to keep rating your infuriating app!
Does not work
If you are trying to use a passport as a means of identification, don’t bother. This is a very badly written app, to the extent that I am wondering if it really is from HSBC or is a scam!

This is supposed to be a business banking app. Instead I get annoying push notification adverts all the time. Remove the nonsense.
