Don’t ever change your phone number

I have been using PayMe for years. Recently I changed my
phone number and I just couldn’t log into my PayMe account. As other people have said, you can’t even call PayMe for customer service. They just have a stupid email form that I’m not sure when they will reply!

Every time you pay but this app ask to update

.

Untrustworthy

Once you create an account, you don’t have the option to terminate it. If I could give 0 star I would!

I requested to deactivate my account, as I didn’t want a service that doesn’t provide an option to deactivate an account, to customer support and was told they couldn’t do it but sent a request to another department. I received an email with a ref no but after a week account deletion wasn’t processed so I contacted support again and was told a further follow up request would be put in place.

Then I received an email saying I got “suspended” as the service couldn’t be provided to me. REALLY? SUSPENDED?!?! I asked for deletion… was this the joke of the month?!?! Terrible communication! Likely I am out!

2.5 hours later I received another email stating that my account had been terminated. Thanks I guess!

Terrible experience! You are not in charge of your account, can’t deactivate it so not worth using it!
