Generally the app is OK but it’s infuriating in its endless demands that I rate it between every authorisation of a payment, freezing everything until I’ve dismissed it. I don’t want to keep rating your infuriating app!
Does not work
If you are trying to use a passport as a means of identification, don’t bother. This is a very badly written app, to the extent that I am wondering if it really is from HSBC or is a scam!

Prudential insurance company is missing from bill payment options. How can such large company be missing.
hostile spam notifications
I never enabled them. this app always keeps sending them. and they send emails asking to enable notifications. and app inside has no way to disable them or configure what they send. very hostile app to its users.

App is not friendly can’t understand the command and or instruction.
Auto relogin always broken
Once session expired, the prompt for re-login doesn’t work. I need to logout or kill the app to do login again. This feature is fixed some time ago, but it’s broken again. Quite wasting time if we need to check transactions multiple times a day. Please fix asap.

Operational errors
I cannot access my account in real time because they have not updated the version on the App Store the employee said on the phone??? Also I get a notification pop up saying they are processing my application after being a customer for over a year????? I don’t know if I’ve been paid for products in real time and it’s effecting my businesses operations
