Critical bug
This banking app is honestly frustrating to use. After logging in, everything seems fine at first—but the moment I tap on “Local Transfer,” the app completely freezes. It doesn’t navigate to the transfer page, and worse, it locks up the entire interface so I can’t click on anything else. The app basically becomes unusable and I have to force close it.
For a banking app, this is unacceptable. Transfers are a core function, and having the app crash or hang at such a critical step makes it feel unreliable and poorly maintained. There hasn’t been any update or fix, so I’m just stuck dealing with the same issue repeatedly.
Really disappointing experience—especially for something as important as managing finances.

App does not work
The app requires an update but when clicking on update it says it requires iOS 16 or higher. My iPhone uses iOS 24 already but this thing doesn’t work at all. It has recently happened
Bad Bank
OCBC suddenly require iOS 16. No warning. You find out only when you are unable to use the app. This bank thinks everyone is young and using the swankiest and latest phone. Not recommended.

Pay now is not easy as before
Hard to find the credit card bill to review before payment
Thanks, suggest there is an option from bill payment to directly click to review bill before payment. That would be much more intuitive

If the bank cannot design an app that allows push notifications for approval then dont use only the app for push motifications for approvals. Useless app.
