So affordable, convenient, and providers seem to care
I have used this service a couple of times now and have been satisfied each time. When you have to miss work for a stomach virus and require a doctor’s note, but the thought of fighting nausea in a waiting room at urgent care is daunting and insurmountable, this is the perfect solution. Wait times are short, and you are fixed up well as quickly as possible - without having to go in public, sick and miserable, to be seen in person. The providers always seem to care about how you’re feeling and truly want to help you get better. I absolutely love this service

Most convenient service ever!!!!!
This is so easy to use and quick and I never had to miss work or sit with people that could expose me to illnesses I don’t want . I love this service the doctor was so professional and called in a script to my pharmacy in no time. I will use this for my small minor medical needs whenever they present. Saved gas, time and got what I needed . Thanks so much for this service!

Don’t use Felicia Ward
Tried to use it but the provider, Felicia Ward, cancelled twice in a row claiming I didn't connect when in fact it was showing on my end it was waiting for her. Felicia decided to make a note claiming I was not connecting when in fact on my end it says it was waiting for HER. Seems like she just made an excuse. No way to contact them or even review the doctor. Clearly a waste of time. Poor experience.

I was pleased with the Doc’s professionalism and answers to multiple Questions. This was my first visit on the app. And I was pleased. I’m new at the on line dr visit and decided to try it since it’s so difficult to get an Appt w/ a qualified dr.
Urgent Care Convenience
I have been battling a sinus infection for the last two weeks that changed from viral to unbearable. I was looking at current ER wait times to decide whether or not I was going to wait out the pain till the morning or get some relief when I stumbled upon virtual visit with Dr. Goody. not only was the visit convenient and spared me an hour and a half wait time in an ER and possible secondary exposure to other illnesses, but she was extremely helpful as well as informative. I highly recommend this service feature. As a mom of five it was a complete game changer at 9:45 PM
