So affordable, convenient, and providers seem to care
I have used this service a couple of times now and have been satisfied each time. When you have to miss work for a stomach virus and require a doctor’s note, but the thought of fighting nausea in a waiting room at urgent care is daunting and insurmountable, this is the perfect solution. Wait times are short, and you are fixed up well as quickly as possible - without having to go in public, sick and miserable, to be seen in person. The providers always seem to care about how you’re feeling and truly want to help you get better. I absolutely love this service

Most convenient service ever!!!!!
This is so easy to use and quick and I never had to miss work or sit with people that could expose me to illnesses I don’t want . I love this service the doctor was so professional and called in a script to my pharmacy in no time. I will use this for my small minor medical needs whenever they present. Saved gas, time and got what I needed . Thanks so much for this service!

Don’t use Felicia Ward
Tried to use it but the provider, Felicia Ward, cancelled twice in a row claiming I didn't connect when in fact it was showing on my end it was waiting for her. Felicia decided to make a note claiming I was not connecting when in fact on my end it says it was waiting for HER. Seems like she just made an excuse. No way to contact them or even review the doctor. Clearly a waste of time. Poor experience.

I was pleased with the Doc’s professionalism and answers to multiple Questions. This was my first visit on the app. And I was pleased. I’m new at the on line dr visit and decided to try it since it’s so difficult to get an Appt w/ a qualified dr.
Urgent Care Convenience
I have been battling a sinus infection for the last two weeks that changed from viral to unbearable. I was looking at current ER wait times to decide whether or not I was going to wait out the pain till the morning or get some relief when I stumbled upon virtual visit with Dr. Goody. not only was the visit convenient and spared me an hour and a half wait time in an ER and possible secondary exposure to other illnesses, but she was extremely helpful as well as informative. I highly recommend this service feature. As a mom of five it was a complete game changer at 9:45 PM

Great when the doctor actually shows up
I sat waiting as the "next patient" for over an hour after being charged. I finally got ahold of customer support and was told that doctor was not online. It would be nice if I was informed, as I checked "next available provider." Once I finally saw someone, it was great, but why match me with a doctor who wasn't online? Useless. 👎

Amazing Care
I recently traveled to my home town due to My father’s death.. I couldn’t get any past Physicians to send referrals for my medication to the town I am in at the moment !! The doctors and staff on this app were there to give full support and Answer all questions! Life saver! Thank goodness
Quick & Efficient
Appointment was easy to set up and visit though phone app. Doctor Springer spent a good deal of time asking about background and current medical issue before deciding on a treatment plan. Great visit, and as good as any “in-person” appointment with much less inconvenience per travel and wait time.

Great visit but long wait
This was my first time using a virtual visit and I was extremely pleased! The nurse practitioner was kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. I got the prescription I needed. Only giving this 3 stars due to the wait time. I chose one doc and waited 45 minutes, then cancelled and selected a different person (the NP). She picked up in 2 minutes and was great.

Couldn’t see a provider
I downloaded the app, created an account, and went to find get connected with a provider. There was only one provider at around 10:30am on a Saturday. So I clicked to be next in line for her. After waiting for a while, she declines because her shift over at like 11am. Then, there are no available providers online. I exit the app and get try again a few minutes later. Now there are a lot of drs. So I click “next available” This Dr had no patients waiting before me, but somehow I sat and waited an hour before canceling. Wonderful
Quick. Easy. As a mom of two sick babies I needed care quick and at home while they took a nap. Ms. Brewer was professional and to the point making my visit quick. Painless and easy. This was my first ever virtual visit and I highly recommend!

Mr. Fenderson was just what I needed. I was having a bit of a crisis, and he helped me sort through the issues and provided steps to take to help my situation.
Acute bronchitis
Dr. Patel was on point in asking the right questions, diagnosing the issue, and prescribing accordingly. All the while he was extremely kind-natured. I would recommend him & this telehealth service all day.
Full capacity
All options locally of redi-med etc were closed because they were at full capacity by noon for the day. This dr was very efficient and thorough! This visit was an altogether great experience!

I was diagnosed with Covid on Christmas Eve at Urgent Care. Today is the last day of medicines prescribed and I feel like I still have lots of congestion & crud. I wanted some reassurance that I didn’t need to return for more meds or to the hospital. The visit with Ms. Klainier makes me feel better in that this awful Covid has to run it’s course & to quarantine. The meds have done their job, now, the rest… I will mention, I had Covid in June/July 2020. And the vaccines in March & April 2021, no booster, yet.

Very easy, quick…I needed refill of thyroid med. I was given a script for one month until I can get blood work done! What a relief!!!
