Doesn’t work
Im trying to sign in but it says “some error occurred. Try back later” but it never works.

This app is horrible. Every time I try to log on it doesn’t allow me to very irritating. Definitely need to improve this app.
Useless app
This app is useless. You can only view your billing balance but not your statement. They don’t want to show how they come up with the balance. You can’t find any contact information. When you send a message there’s no reply. You can’t check in at the office when you go for an appointment. Don’t waste the data on your phone for this app. Wish I could put 0 stars.

Needs a lot of work
The app isn’t great. Wish my doctor would use another app. Always having issues. Could use a lot of updates.
App always signs out
This app does not improve with updates. Why must I always have to sign in with my password? I’m going to suggest to my doctor to use a different medical app.
Developer is it possible to borrow technology from other app Developers to keep this app signed in. This is the only app that signs me out after using it. Yes I click the box “keep me signed in” and it still signs me out. What about Face ID? Will this app ever get that feature like other apps have?
