Bug fixes and stability improvements

Really needs work

I do love how easy it is to message our provider, especially with such sensitive time lines and specific instructions. However, nothing in this app updates properly and the format is often messed up- does not fit on the page or doesn’t show up at all.

Ask to switch to your regular email

**For any other patients, you can ask your providers to switch to regular email**!!

This app and really the portal on the web to is extremely frustrating to interact with and makes my stressful fertility journey worse.

Things I’d expect and hope are fixed: There is no message threading. I just hunt down each individual message by memory, I guess? Messaging someone requires scrolling down through every single email group and individual email address CNY has.

I don’t see an easy button to download documents that I’m sent. I copy/paste the text. When I open the portal on browser, the text runs off the screen.

I know ‘you get what you pay for’ and CNY folks aren’t web developers. And, this honestly makes me nervous. I really hope that the administration of fertility services is 1000x better than the usability of this app.

Current patient’s review

This app is hard to use with iOS device. For example I can not access documents from this app and for appointments I have to save the event to my Calendar app in order to see the booking time slot. The recommendation in the app is to access the patient portal from a computer, luckily I have an old computer as a backup otherwise I don’t think I can purchase a computer just to stay informed.
