Really needs work

I do love how easy it is to message our provider, especially with such sensitive time lines and specific instructions. However, nothing in this app updates properly and the format is often messed up- does not fit on the page or doesn’t show up at all.

Ask to switch to your regular email

**For any other patients, you can ask your providers to switch to regular email**!!

This app and really the portal on the web to is extremely frustrating to interact with and makes my stressful fertility journey worse.

Things I’d expect and hope are fixed: There is no message threading. I just hunt down each individual message by memory, I guess? Messaging someone requires scrolling down through every single email group and individual email address CNY has.

I don’t see an easy button to download documents that I’m sent. I copy/paste the text. When I open the portal on browser, the text runs off the screen.

I know ‘you get what you pay for’ and CNY folks aren’t web developers. And, this honestly makes me nervous. I really hope that the administration of fertility services is 1000x better than the usability of this app.

Current patient’s review

This app is hard to use with iOS device. For example I can not access documents from this app and for appointments I have to save the event to my Calendar app in order to see the booking time slot. The recommendation in the app is to access the patient portal from a computer, luckily I have an old computer as a backup otherwise I don’t think I can purchase a computer just to stay informed.

Worked perfectly

Easy to use

App crashes constantly

App always crashes which makes it impossible to use.

App from early 2000’s

How can this app be so terrible in 2026? Very poor user experience.

Kind of works

The app is technically functional for the most part but its user interface is confusing and poorly designed. I have notifications turned in n but I never receive them so I have to remember to check the app regularly. The mobile website is almost unusable so this is the only option. It needs some serious retooling.

Issues mentioned in reviews from 1+ year ago not fixed

The app force closes constantly and is unusable in many ways. In dire need of an update. Who is managing this?

Just use the mobile website and not the app. Horrible experience.

Frustrating user interface

Using this app is clumsy and sometimes it’s unclear if it has updated properly. The browser version is better by far. I can’t see a full archive of my message exchanges, which is frustrating when I want to review information that I’ve asked for in prior messages.

Okay app

It’s an okay app

Need to get a new message alert

What an important platform this is for me. However. I have to open this website every hour or at least every day, or APP to check to see if I have any new messages. I don't understand why you can't send us an email or text message when there is any news. Every time I open the page, I am asked to confirm that my contact information has changed, but my contact information is there, can't you develop a function? Remind me of new messages by text or email! This is really important to me. Thanks.

I was a software engineer, I can help you if you need help.

WORST APP

Imagine paying a fertility clinic thousands of dollars for them to give you the least user friendly app that never loads. It’s beyond confusing. You trying and type things and it’s chosing different letters. I’m so disappointed this is what they give us

Difficult

App constantly freezes or doesn’t load properly. It also force closes at least once a day. If you switch tabs or between lab results it’ll freeze and never load. I can’t keep track of how many times I’ve had to close the app and restart.

I’ve never written a review before

But this app is so terrible it merits one so hopefully doctors offices use a different platform. I am constantly logged out and told my password has expired without any way to update it. The only way to get back into the app is to call my doctors office.

The app cannot accommodate responding to a message, so each message you send starts a new chain. The interface feels like it was designed in 1990 and is extremely counter-intuitive. This app has made a stressful medical process worse.

It just is so annoying

First off, the notifications never go away even when you’ve already opened them. But my biggest pet peeve about the app is it doesn’t show message threads! Like, you can’t reply to a message and have to start a new message every time… so it’s almost impossible to keep track of which message has what content (other than the subject line but you also have to write that new each time you compose a message). In this day and age not showing message threads is just unacceptable!

Worst App Ever

The least user friendly app I’ve ever seen! So difficult to find information, everything is jumbled. Not a clear menu. Can’t believe fertility clinics can’t afford to use a better app.

Clunky

This app has a pretty terrible user interface. No clue what it’s like from the doctor’s office perspective but can’t imagine it’s great. It gets the job done but the docs are almost impossible to read, the inability to “reply” to messages is just dumb, and it’s super annoying to me that it just perpetually shows a number in the red notification bubble that doesn’t even closely match the number of actual unread notifications in the app. Overall very unimpressive.

Decent app

This app works fine but always says that I have notifications when I don’t.

Very Glitchy

Often doesn’t link properly to task list and closes often and makes you start over. Very very glitchy, was unable to complete everything and had to email the doctor directly with important documents

Unreliable app

Missing emails, the fact that there is no actual chain/thread in the emails
Is frustrating and not good for continuity.
