ich war mir etwas unsicher hinsichtlich des genauen Preises, da in der App immer von einem effektiven Kilowattstundenpreis die Rede war. Der Preis auf der Ladesäule, in dem Fall eine Ladesäule von Eviny, war ein etwas höherer Preis (0,67 Euro pro kwh) als der, der mir als effektiver Preis genannt wurde (0,55 Euro pro kwh), in der App. Callie aus dem Livechat konnte alle meine Bedenken und Fragen ausräumen und beantworten. Die Performance der Ladesäule selber war auch sehr stark und ermöglichte meinem Auto eine sehr hohe und gleichmäßige Ladekurve. Die Bedienung der App selber war intuitiv. Ein kleines Manko: ich kann bis jetzt (anderthalb Stunden nach dem Ladevorgang) immer noch nicht sehen, zu welchem Preis und wie viele Kilowattstunden ich überhaupt geladen hatte. Das finde ich schon nicht so angenehm, scheint aber nicht mit der App zu tun zu haben, sondern mit dem Anbieter Eviny.

Great for use in Portugal and Spain
Portugal’s network lacks a lot of credit card payment systems and many need a card. This app was a life saver to charge there.
European roaming holiday
Have been using the Electroverse card right through UK, France Belgium, Germany. Out of more than a dozen stops and charges,the RFID card is accepted everywhere my only observation complaint is be very careful in Germany in particular the electricity provider chargers at main station, they cut connect, stop charging and then charge a high per minute standing time…. DEW21 chargers, scam. (Disputing and will charge back)
Same they have put a damper on a very easy, very reliable Electroverse setup.
TIP: McDonalds and Lidl can be high KWH chargers and cheap, Ultras at service stations may seem high price but not compared to UK and fast top up by the time a quick pit stop and coffee purchase.
Most charges whilst having meals or breaks, no inconvenience.

Missing two killer features
I love the app, but it would be great to be able to see a map view of ALL available chargers on my route. The route planner makes too many choices for you - if you only need a single charge along the way, then it will choose for you (great, sometimes) but what if I have my own preferences? Let me choose which charger I want to use directly from the map once I have entered my route! I tried a workaround by adding favourites, but you can’t view favourites on a map either. You only see a list of site names which are not always descriptive, unless you remember the random road name where the charger is located. Perhaps allow favourites to be edited with our own descriptions for each location at least?

Can’t scroll
On my iPad when I tap a charger on the map it opens a popup with further details. That popup is meant to scroll but when you scroll it just jumps back to the top meaning you can’t view details that are beyond the visible area.

One Stop both ways. App worked seamlessly. No hiccups other than mfg had to go a detour of twenty miles to charge on return. Still worth the effort.

Should allow each address on the list be removed individually, instead of overall clear all.
Terrible security!
My NEW card was used by another person and I had to prove in detail to Octopus that it wasn’t me by me forwarding my octopus bill showing I couldn’t be charging in London while I was charging at home. What if I was in London for work and had to prove fraud! I eventually got my money back.
Easy charging
This card is the key to easy charging no need for anymore apps or going through menus just plug in tap card and go also no upfront payment held at your bank absolutely a game changer
Very poor first experience
We tried to use the app and kept getting the message ‘transaction failed’ on the fast charger. So we tried again. Three more times. Same error. No charge for the car. Yet Octopus has put 4 £30 charges on our bank account. Which have not been reversed.
The Electroverse support said it could take 5-7 days to get a refund (!).

First long trip
I was worried about recharging for my trip but it all worked out ok this app is the best one I’ve found it’s easy to use and I’m finding more features that help me plan a trip
Pretty good app but could be better
The good points first, easy to use, well laid out, great that you can save with Octopus. The improvements: support EV motorcycles, occasionally couldn’t find the charge points “6 Ram Walk” is a pedestrian only zone. Wish list interactive with Garmin/Tomtom satnav for “in ride” finding of charge points

Without the Electroverse App I don't think I would have been able to charge at all: my card didn't appear to be being read! But then the door on the charger opened and I was away. Slow but relatively inexpensive.

Great until mislabelled chargers
Really good app. Great service to use electricity bill. Especially good when abroad. Only issue is when chargers are not labelled on the app in the same way as on the charger.

New to the EV world but this was easy using the Electroverse card and so quick.

As an American with an American card super easy just to connect with Apple Pay and charge - really helped us on our Italy trip!
