Works decent when it works

This is the most frustrating app ever. When the CU resets it the CU is full of people needing help to reset passwords. You can’t use need a new password through the app. Useless! !

Safety

I love the fact that osoyoos credit union has continuously skimped out on security upgrades. Blamed the chips for the debit errors. And just all round provides a poor online service due to its lack of training for its staff. Like no Apple Pay on debit cards? No debit visa? It is 2025 no? Hard to compete as well when the high value savings account is well below what online banks offer for “cash”(chequing) accounts
