If I could give this app zero stars, I would. Honestly, I’m convinced an eight-year-old designed the app—and not a particularly bright one, either. I’m talking about a kid who just discovered MS Paint, drank three juice boxes, and decided to blindly smash their keyboard. The user interface is an absolute chaotic mess, the navigation makes zero logical sense, and the color scheme genuinely hurts my eyes.
But the hideous design is just the tip of the iceberg. The app lags CONSTANTLY. Good luck trying to get a live bet in! Every single time I tried to lock in a live line, the screen would conveniently freeze, spin the little loading wheel of death, and then finally refresh only after the odds had completely tanked. It feels less like a glitch and more like the app is deliberately hard-coded to screw you over in real-time.
Customer service is a complete joke. You’re just talking to a braindead chatbot that sends you in endless, infuriating circles.

Odds are inaccurate
For player props, the odds are typically spot on. For team spread bets and money, it’s way off, especially with Polymarket and Kalshi. If the spread on Kalshi is BOS -11.5, OddsChecker shows +11.5. If OddsChecker shows Polymarket moneyline for a team is +155, the Polymarket app will show something closer to +120. It’s just not dependable.

Charged even after cancelling my subscription
I subscribed for the trial period (7 days) and cancelled my subscription before the end of the 7 days, and still they charged me after the trial period ended.
I did the 7 day free trial cancelled same day and 7 days later they stole my money out of my account
This company is a bunch of thieves do not trust these people they lie right off the bat even for there so called 7 days free trail which obviously is not free. These people are a bunch of scam artists and thieves

Said once updated you’ll get a free 7 day access to test it out. Kept opening app to see if it would appear nothing. Look around the app to see if I could find it nothing. Don’t waste your time.
Matchup function not working
So I signed up for this couple of days ago and everything was good but then all of a sudden the matchup function was not showing any MLB slates. I tried contacting the customer support but they said that They’re still waiting to resolve it. I personally never seen something that takes so long to fix and it’s still not working, I signed up to try the first month for .99 cents to see if it’s worth it to pay the 29.99 a month afterwards, so far I have to say it’s not worth it because the function is still broken. It’s been a couple of days already and If I had paid full price, I would not be happy at this moment, for that kind of money it needs to be working and if there’s a problem it needs to be solved within that same day.

These are all fake five star reviews. You get like one free stat and then you must pay $30 PER MONTH for anything else. Just get any other app.
Horrible app function
Every time you open the app it crashes, (only after you pay for it, while it’s free it works fine lol) then you have zero way to connect with support, no Facebook account with messages available, the help section just loads on the web site then gives you an error. You’re better off using an app that is worth it and more importantly works if zero stars were an option I’d give it.
Update: This is not specific to the former app version. My app is up to date yet it still does this I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled.

Better after update
I will give the app a better rating after they addressed the update so quickly. I have a membership and it’s not fair that I couldn’t use the app for quite a few days. But I’m happy they fixed it.
