Too many error massages. Cannot connect to my subscription. Cannot connect to customer service. Not fit for purpose. Rather consistent with customer experience of using roaming β¦.. slow to set up, intermittent failures, sms links donβt work. I wish my employer had not switched provider. Why does App Store review suggest that reviews are all years old?

Ja het gebeurd wel eens in de zoveel tijd dat je het wachtwoord vergeet dus laat ik maar even wachtwoord vergeten doenβ¦huh waarom doet de ga verder knop het niet bij de algemene voorwaarden en cookies? Ja enorm last van zo kan ik niks zienβ¦
Wrong Language
Apparently this T-Mobile app doesnβt check if the language option for this app is English or Dutch. I verified that the language option (ΡΠ·ΡΠΊ in Russian) for this app T-Mobile is ENGLISH, not Dutch according to Apple SETTINGS app. Only good for Dutch-speaking people even though the iPhone or iPad is in some other language like Russian.

Data use is always overstated, showing much more use than actually happens.

Terrible UX
Geeft een continue login-lusfout vanaf de laatste update. Kan er niet in, kan geen acties uitvoeren in de app. Nutteloos gemaakt.
THE WORSE
Unreliable, slow internet. We frequently have to restart our device to get the internet to work. The sales guy sold us on a 2-year contract WITHOUT telling us about the 5GB per day limit. Which you can top up 1GB each time but the app is not always reliable.
Useless! Do not install!
Cannot even get this stupid app to work. Keep giving me connection error and the "is this the right app for you" error. Waste of time and space. Completely useless!
Quite good and helpful but just one thing...
I like the app but find it frustrating that some content doesnβt automatically translate all content- as a multinational brand T-Mobile could do much better.

For a year horrible connection internet !!!!! Supposed to get a free iPhone 10 lol never got it they say yes I was supposed to get it but no one calls me after they report it !!!! Now I try to download this app it wonβt accept my teen mobile number !!!! Omg omg omg Iβm screaming I hate you !!!!!!

Iβm so glad this app is no longer restricted to the Dutch App Store (thank you!) but people who canβt read (but can type) are ruining the reviews.

Why Dutch?
Another useless app from T-Mobile. Phone is set to Canadian English but the app shows up in Dutch. Why???

Terrible app. Assumed i speak Dutch no English accessibility. It would be easier to climb My Everest then simply recharge my service with this company. Would recommend shoe string phones over this mob. 0/10
Make one with ENGLISH!
This sodding app is in Danish although it said english & danish. How does one use this app when he/she doesnβt read or write danish?
