The pass is great but the app suck

The app keep lagging and freezing every time I book a ticket. It normally took me 3 try to get it right and for some reasons If I turn off my phone for a while, when I open the app again, it never show my ticket and I’ll have to book an new one

crash everytime i need to show ticket

Great when it actually works

I frequently have an issue where the only route that comes up for me is walking 1-2 hours, even when I put the bus stops as the starting point and destination. You should be able to just book the ticket with the stops if you know them, instead of a journey that doesn’t even come up sometimes

Needs improvement

The ODIN pass is great but the APP itself is terrible.

Own choices

I wish I could pick a bus on my own rather than having to book trips because it’s kinda annoying when they give me weird routes when I already know which bus to take. And sometimes when it’s too close, they tell you to walk when I literally have bags of things and I’ve been walking the whole day, it’s too tiring to walk.

Pack your Go Card

Good when it works. Often suffers from server errors for extended periods of time when no trips or tickets can be booked. I wasted hours of my life being stuck in places because the app decided to stop working again. Go card is just more reliable.

Soo gooood

In the nicest possible way Odin is “cheap n easy “ well done to the team keep up the good work

Good idea, app needs work

Great idea, app needs a significant amount of work.

I am sitting on a train station trying to book at ticket. The app wants me to ride a bike a couf of meters before I can book a ticket. The actual booking a ticket button to a lot of fiddling around to find.

I would not be surprised if there hasn’t been a lot of internal user testing.
