Everything best with cheap deals but didn’t like the hand carry extra 25 $ charges.

Will be loosing the customers as 25$ each, if 4 people travels for 2 ways, 200$ extra cost, it’s better to go with other options. Think twice… before loosing the loyal customers….

I rate it. More characters needed imo.

I always book my flights on the app! And it’s nice to see my upcoming trips in one place. One thing though, if you have middle names you have to contact Jetstar and get them to add it onto your booking. I have a long name and it the app doesn’t have enough characters for this. Other than that, really good, easy and straight forward to use.
