Can’t sign in

I’ve been using the app for a long time and today, after I booked my flights, it stopped working. I’m not sure if it updated and there was a glitch. Normally, I open the app and it takes me straight into my account suddenly it asked me to sign in, but when I click on sign in it does nothing. The other option is signing is to continue as guest so I did that. There’s an area where I can add an upcoming trip, but when I tried to do that, it said there was an error and my journey was not recognised
