Did not work when needed

Don’t usually rely on using the app, but forced to to check in to international flight. When needed to access boarding pass at the gate, doesn’t let me in, the trip I added night before was no longer on app, and delayed me. Had to rely on my partner using her phone to access her emails and website to show the boarding pass. Not sure why but for me even the Jetstar website said access denied.

Adding baggage

Totally disappointing when adding baggage to a booking that has a double leg, it shows baggage cost for 1 leg, but when you scroll down it double the cost when paying telling you that you have to pay twice because of the double leg. Seems a bit stupid when I need the cost of both legs, who in their right mind would only like to pay for 1 leg. Utter annoyance
