Seems like lots of improvements in this App, had been dropping Jetstar club membership and trips but looks to be fixed. Hope the Jetstar club benefits pick up, not sure if value at the moment!! The chat is the best I’ve used which means you can complete all customer service needs in one place without waiting and I love that!!

Love the no-muck-around-with-boarding kaupapa. I choose Jetstar cos it’s way cheaper for the centres I fly to across Aotearoa and overseas.

Impossible to log into the app, confirmation email won’t come through, tried deleting and reloading, tried sending an email to the mobile app email, no response.

This App was working fine, providing all useful utilities, until few weeks back, when it started crashing and in fact doesn’t allow to login itself.
The web links constantly give ’Access Denied’ message.
Is it being monitored and fixed or we will have to use browser on laptop for check-ins, boarding pass, flight booking etc?

Passport scan does not work.
App does not work well. I had multiple passports that were impossible to scan despite having success on other comparable airline app. Be careful before using this app.
