Great App
Jetstar have an easy app to follow from start to finish
Easy and convenient
Love this app! So easy to use, everything you need is right there
Star struck App!!
We love travelling with Jetstar and especially with the app making life so easyโฆ. Booking everything in the one place, flights , cars and accomodation make it so much less complicated. Absolutely love the direct messages that come and that you can tap the message and it brings our tickets straight to the screen from the phones wallet. Easy to use and very practical! Jetstar Will Bring You Misfortune
My experience with Jetstar was extremely disappointing.
Flight cancellations seem to happen far too often, and when they do, they can completely disrupt your travel plans. If you have connecting flights, hotel bookings, car rentals, or a tight itinerary, I would think twice before choosing Jetstar.
The airport check-in experience was also frustrating. The counters were very inefficient, and long queues seemed to be the norm. You can easily spend a significant amount of time just waiting to check in.
Low fares may look attractive at first, but reliability matters much more when you are actually travelling. After this experience, I would rather pay more for another airline.
If you have other options, I would strongly recommend avoiding Jetstar.

Awesome
Not a huge traveller but this app has reminders and itโs a one stop shop for checking in and reminders . Itโs awesome for a novice !
Easy
Very easy to use on your phone and happy with Jetstar good rounder
Easy to navigate
The Jetstar app is Dimond and easy to backdate, search flights and book flights 10/10 for me
Long Term Happy
I wait to test apps before I review them, this time itโs been around a years, overall, I think the app and Jetstar really do a good job. You can book what you need for a really nice trip, usually you can solve issues with them, yes some things can go a little sideways but overall, Iโm still using Jetstar through this app, most of my flights. I tried 1 other for a flight, ended up coming back to Jetstar app to book a different flight home, so itโs definitely the solid service in my experience.

Easy to use
As apps go this one is pretty easy to use, it does what is says on tin. Yes you have to pay extras for luggage, choice of seating etc but the flights are pretty reasonably priced.
Still no staff travel
Unlike the Qantas app, you still cannot add leisure bookings or check in on the Jetstar app.
When entering your PNR and details to add a booking, you cannot move to the next field without clicking out of the current field.

Flight on time
Flight on time, great service from a budget airline.
Everything best with cheap deals but didnโt like the hand carry extra 25 $ charges.
Will be loosing the customers as 25$ each, if 4 people travels for 2 ways, 200$ extra cost, itโs better to go with other options. Think twiceโฆ before loosing the loyal customersโฆ.
