Everything best with cheap deals but didn’t like the hand carry extra 25 $ charges.
Will be loosing the customers as 25$ each, if 4 people travels for 2 ways, 200$ extra cost, it’s better to go with other options. Think twice… before loosing the loyal customers….

I always book my flights on the app! And it’s nice to see my upcoming trips in one place. One thing though, if you have middle names you have to contact Jetstar and get them to add it onto your booking. I have a long name and it the app doesn’t have enough characters for this. Other than that, really good, easy and straight forward to use.

Get rid of the ads
There shouldn’t be ads on the app that customers need to use to check in, get boarding passes etc. I’ve already bought a ticket, GTFO with your nuisance advertising.

It’s the only app I have that won’t work horizontally and is generally why I’ll book with a different airline.
Can’t sign in
I’ve been using the app for a long time and today, after I booked my flights, it stopped working. I’m not sure if it updated and there was a glitch. Normally, I open the app and it takes me straight into my account suddenly it asked me to sign in, but when I click on sign in it does nothing. The other option is signing is to continue as guest so I did that. There’s an area where I can add an upcoming trip, but when I tried to do that, it said there was an error and my journey was not recognised

Seems like lots of improvements in this App, had been dropping Jetstar club membership and trips but looks to be fixed. Hope the Jetstar club benefits pick up, not sure if value at the moment!! The chat is the best I’ve used which means you can complete all customer service needs in one place without waiting and I love that!!
