The only thing that I would like improved is easier access to find what fare I have booked to look up luggage limits , cancellation fees etc.

Oooh my, don’t use this flight unless it’s the last option, Jetstar app doesn’t work, their website too its difficult to check in. They close their gate 40 minutes before departure!

Such an easy app to search holidays, book holidays and flights and make changes if necessary. Love it!
Baggage
I think there is a problem with increasing your baggage allowance from 7 to 14kg. I press Add, then add to cart, then review and pay and $0 appears on the screen.

Makes booking so much easier and cheaper.
Did not work when needed
Don’t usually rely on using the app, but forced to to check in to international flight. When needed to access boarding pass at the gate, doesn’t let me in, the trip I added night before was no longer on app, and delayed me. Had to rely on my partner using her phone to access her emails and website to show the boarding pass. Not sure why but for me even the Jetstar website said access denied.
