More headache than helpful
I frequently get failed payment requests-it may or may not have went through-and if it fails and causes your payment to be late, OECC does not care and sticks you with the late fees even though they see the multiple times you tried to pay.
The outage map does not work.
This app takes up space on my phone. I do not know why I keep it.

Excited about the app!
I'm excited there is now an app! It's extremely nice to have. Although, I'm grateful about the app, it could definitely be easier to navigate around. It has to be newly published it appears old and outdated:(
