Does not scan!!!
Good until it update
Nearly every time this app has a major update it causes problems with the app. Currently other people are having this problem in my company and now my supervisor is telling me to delete the app and reinstall it, because other people are having the same problem. It's good when it works, but has too many minor problems. I am on a iPhone.

THIS APP HAS ZERO BACKGROUND REFRESHING (IF YOU LOCK YOUR PHONE FOR MORE THAN 2 minutes than it will bring you back to the Home Screen.)
IT FREEZES WHENEVER YOU TRY TO PRESS A BUTTON TO SCAN A POINT.
And then they have the nerve to stress us over metrics when their own app doesn’t even function right !!

Crapp app
It seems the owners of this app are resting on their laurels because of the built-in audience for patrol notating apps, please do better and hire better people to make your app better. As it stands, I’m loving being my employer to switch apps to a better app that doesn’t crash all the friggin time.
