Does not scan!!!
Good until it update
Nearly every time this app has a major update it causes problems with the app. Currently other people are having this problem in my company and now my supervisor is telling me to delete the app and reinstall it, because other people are having the same problem. It's good when it works, but has too many minor problems. I am on a iPhone.

THIS APP HAS ZERO BACKGROUND REFRESHING (IF YOU LOCK YOUR PHONE FOR MORE THAN 2 minutes than it will bring you back to the Home Screen.)
IT FREEZES WHENEVER YOU TRY TO PRESS A BUTTON TO SCAN A POINT.

Crapp app
It seems the owners of this app are resting on their laurels because of the built-in audience for patrol notating apps, please do better and hire better people to make your app better. As it stands, I’m loving being my employer to switch apps to a better app that doesn’t crash all the friggin time.
It’s been over a year since last review, still awful
This app is unusable. It will not display any of the drop down menus, It doesn’t save my reports when I open other apps, and it has slow clunky menus. This was all reported in my last review and in an email over a year ago. They don’t care to improve and don’t care to make a usable or reliable app. If you are a security company, please go with another app for the sanity of your employees.

Keeps closing
Not worth it! I have this installed for work on MY phone when work should be providing something and every time I go to scan IT CLOSES! it’s been a pain in my butt.

Gets stuck in loading loop
The app works it’s just each time i try to submit a form is gets stuck in a loading loop and doesn’t submit anything.
Don’t waste yah time

Logging Issue
I can’t Log out
Can’t log out and can’t submit reports
Can’t log out of app, and anytime I try to submit a report or scan an nfc tag it just stays stuck on processing so I’m never sure if they actually went through or not. This app has been glitching for several weeks now and the issues are the same.
Trash slow app
This app is extremely buggy, slow, laggy, outdated, and trash. Needs to be fixed and updated
Barely functions
Every time they update this app it gets worse and worse. I can’t even log out anymore.
Barely Functioning App
This app will delete everything you type as soon as you tab out. Insanely awful app that makes my job go from boring to torture. Please fix this and I’ll change it to 5 stars.
9-18-2024 App Not Working
This app has been crashing and not working all day. iPhone 15 user here but has also been crashing and not working for Android phones. This has been happening more frequently as of recently. Maybe it’s time to check out the competition.
Can’t log out
I deleted and downloaded the app multiple times but I still cannot log out. Works on my iPhone 11. But I think it has a bug issue on iPhone 15.
App Frozen
I updated the app, now I cant clock out or log out.
Don’t use!!
Been using for over 6 months now and was good at first but it unbearable now. Crashes after scanning every tag and takes forever to load whether I use and iPhone or android phone. Turns a 25-30 minute tour into atleast an hour and 30 minutes.
