Does not work
This app was extremely frustrating. I couldn’t log into the wifi at the park. My husband finally did and the app kept saying error … error… error. Needless to say we never got to use it. A guy at the information ended up writing us a manual ticket for a time slot for the shop. Good luck to everyone

Poor Design
I cannot stand apps like this or Tokyo disney that have pointless animations at the beginning of app reloads or refresh, consuming battery and time. There is someone who gave this a five star rating because it works on the park’s wifi or if you use a VPN. That’s besides the point - the app’s features don’t function until you have scanned into Yomiuriland. The region restriction is a waste and consumed an hour of our time because the park’s wifi was at capacity. Stop standing up for companies that charge you ¥14000 for a pass and do nothing to help you experience your purchase.

Works on the park’s WiFi or using VPN
If you have your phone registered in a different country (other than Japan), you will get a message that the app does not work unless you are in Japan.
Workarounds: It works if using a VPN service and selecting Japan as the country. At the park, connecting to the PokePark WiFi gets the app to work with or without a VPN.

Region Locked by App Store Country
I am currently standing in PokéPark Kanto in Kawasaki, and the app says I need to be in Japan. I am certain it not based on your actual location, but the country set in the App Store. This means I cannot make timed entry reservations, which are needed for the store and other attractions, depending on your ticket.

Only works on wifi. Doesn’t work on cell towers with non Japanese phone
Keeps giving error message
I’m trying to go on the app to download my tickets but it keeps saying “This app cannot be started up in your country or region.
