It only gives you cents back on your bets at a 2 dollar bet hitting a bonus game I’ll give you 10 bucks and call it a mega win if that’s a mega win that tells me you want win a thing so I say the heck with this scam I’m pulling what money I have left out but nope now I’m jumping through loops to get it out they had no problem pulling it off my card now they need my life story when I want it back. how about you send me your id and bank information so I can verify your real before I put money on your side

Doesnt work

I used two different payment methods the app just doesn’t work. Very weird. I tried to ignore other reviews. But not this app is rated bad for a reason.

Eats your cash

This is a horrible casino app. Worse than the local poker rooms and gambling holes. Their return rate is abysmal. If they give you a bonus, they take all that money right back. went through $1000 and not a single bonus. West Virginia has the worst payout at less than 84% of any casino in any state. This app basically just takes your money. I see no reviews where anybody has stated they have won anything.

Horrible

It’s easier to get a home mortgage than to check a lotto number on this thing. You’ll basically need to provide seven forms of identification and a DNA sample to check a lotto number.

Should not need an account

Why do I need to setup an account just to scan a barcode and check a ticket. This is stupid. Other states don’t make you jump through needless hoops.

Can’t Even Login

Literally can’t login. Created an account, couldn’t verify personal information, got kicked out. Tried to login again and get sent a verification code. Get sn error saying code is expired. What a pile of garbage.

Needs a lot of work

Requires full login every launch. Extremely buggy. Can’t see actual ticket numbers easily after purchase, if at all. Terrible user interface. $5 minimum which means $6 in Powerball tickets for a single draw.

Do not use

I know gambling apps need to make money but this app takes that to a whole new level. No bonuses and by chance u get one you may win 50 cents lol. Almost zero hits and when u do win its no more than what your betting. Joke of an app. Download bet rivers instead

When are you going to take complaints seriously? Responsible gaming lacks, you can only set for 30 days anyway. And do you actually believe that a handful of people could actually have a string of bad luck for a whole month no I find that unbelievable how about you? A lot of us have already came to you so what are you gonna do about it? They say fair gameplay we say something else when you contact customer support they argue and tell you, your security answers are wrong. When you have your security answer. Screenshot it beside you. They make it impossible to get a hold of someone do your job and investigate these people. They’re just scamming people in the in a platform is not fair play maybe fair play if you put in hundreds of dollars I would bet so. I’m posting here so others who have also had this experience can also see this because I’ve filed complaints on your website on the complaint form and filed with the appropriate people and nothing was done.!

WORST APP

This is the worst app ever! They ask all of your personal info for NOTHING! It never works. At one time, you could at least scan tickets, now it’s worthless. I would rate it no stars if possible.

Won’t stay signed in

It says you can’t stay signed in after 15 mins of no activity but as I’m actively using the app, trying to earn rewards by watching a video it signs me out within 20 seconds of me trying to watch the video

After the last update the ticket scanner quit working. How about a fix. I use that frequently.

Hello HJK242, when scanning your ticket, it’s recommended that you place it on a flat surface to avoid shaking the image. If the lighting is dim, click the flash icon. If the barcode is damaged, enter the ticket's code manually for iPLAY points. When scanning draw games, cover one barcode when scanning the other. Recent update

The most recent update “bug fix” needs to be undone or something because it didn’t fix bugs it gave it a bug . You can’t check tickets as it reads “Error, try again later”. Please look into this and fix it as I use this app everyday. I will change to 5 stars

Worst app

This is literally the worst app I’ve ever used, no exaggeration. It doesn’t work to scan tickets probably 3/4 of the time, it asks for two factor authentication but then logs you out of the screen if you minimize the window to get the code from your email so the code doesn’t work, you have to log in every single time you use it, and it is not an intuitive layout so everything is hard to find, and advertised promotions don’t actually upload to your account or they disappear when you hit the link and you can’t find them again. And it seems like most of these issues were previously reported years ago in reviews, so they obviously aren’t responsive to complaints. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
