Won’t pair with I phone 8
Pairing
First time using in several months, won’t pair to iPhone or iPad.
Temp display disappears
Temp display disappears when monitoring. It pairs fine and tracks temp but both Probe 1 and 2 temps disappear every few seconds and sometimes I have to pair the app over and over. Trash!!!
Could use some updating
The app won’t let me set the temp to go off at 204 degrees for brisket. 174 is the max temp. Also the Bluetooth reach is not great. If I go more than 20 feet from the grill it loses contact. Should have stuck with the outdoor gourmet wireless thermometer, the kinks haven’t been fixed on the app yet.

Not sure
This app is sketchy. Why should I have to keep paring the app with the thermometer every time I go to use it. Might not stick with this thermometer due to the app.
Screen not centered
It works ok but the screen on the phone isn’t centered and you can’t see the top of it. Needs to have an update.
App issues...
Seems to be working correctly for the first hour, but immediate issues with app. Pairing with device and main loading seem to struggle. Once paired the temp screen is offset where you can barely see temps and ranges. Uninstalled and redownloaded hoping to fix and no help.
Appl is mediocre. But still works
Appl works. But the BBQ screen doesn’t show fully.

Simple Temp part displays and works fine.
With profiles, adjusting targeted temps or creating custom profiles causes consistent app crashes.

Awesome Grilling APP
App works perfectly with my OG Thermometer. Now I know the exact temperature of my food at any time from the seat of my couch. I can even set alerts or preset profiles for all different types of food. Outdoor Gourmet and Academy do it again! Great item and Great APP.
