Great product poor software
I love the chair, but the app could use some improvements. It would be helpful if there were an option to permanently turn off the silly lights in the settings rather than every time I use the chair Additionally, in the “partial massage” mode under advanced options, it should allow you to adjust the massage points between the top and bottom using arrows. The massage should then transition between those points to better target specific areas, that way I could do entire upper back or glutes area and avoid other areas, also a 45min and an hour option to the timers. Also allow to save a selection under advanced massage as a favourite

Please allow for light off default setting
A pain to have to manually switch off annoying coloured lights each and every time I start a new massage
And Error 9 could be more clear, stating that the chair motor needs to be set by a technician

App doesn’t work on sumsung tablet.
Update: Downloaded this app on my iPhone and it only worked 18 hours. Now cannot connect the device in the app anymore. This is super annoying! Please fix it!
Bought this expensive chair and disappointed it doesn’t have a physical control. And the app stoped working on sumsung tablet after about a month. Would not bought it if we knew this. Fortunately now the app can work on iPhone, hope it lasts. When will the app on android get fixed? Please hurry!
