How is it you can get a bikini bottom in jade green but not get the matching bikini top that the model is wearing ? Bearing in mind it’s actually a set?
If an object of clothing is matching - say a shirt or bra , with the bottoms the model wears, it should appear immediately on the suggested when you scroll down the page , it’s so bothersome having to go back to the search bar trying to find an item you want to match the outfit , and then finding on top of that faff that is isn’t even a thing you sell? What’s going on? For a sophisticated looking site it’s got a lot of annoying things on it, not very supportive of the customer.
You can’t save clothes to your wish list on their website (logged in on your account) and think it’ll be in the app later - how is this not noticed ?

Love Oh Polly, but the app needs work
I love Oh Polly - their clothes are beautiful and great quality.
However, I’m not sure if this is just my phone but every time I use the app, my phone starts to overheat and the app starts to bug. This doesn’t happen with any other app, just Oh Polly. If there’s anything that can be done to fix this, it would make the shopping experience much better as I find I can’t stay too long on the app.

App mit Funktionstörung
Die App lässt mein iPhone 12 ständig abstürzen, sobald ich sie installiert habe. Sie ist daher für mich nicht von Nutzen. Des Weiteren hängt auch die App, wenn sie sich mal öffnen lässt stark. Ich habe das über mehrere Male im Laufe eines Jahres feststellen müssen. Ich hoffe, dass die Störung - wenn ein allgemeines Problem zugrunde liegt -behoben wird. In dem Zustand kann ich sie aber nicht empfehlen.

Application très lente !

L’application est très très lente et bug beaucoup surtout quand on descend beaucoup dans une catégorie. —> peut être que mettre une réinitialisation du cache au bout d’un certain nombre de robes passées sur la page permettrait d’améliorer les performances de l’application. Ça devient un enfer au bout d’un moment et cela ne donne pas envie de descendre davantage pour voir toutes les robes restantes.
La mise à jour n’a rien changé au problème.

App crashed
App does not work well . Kick you out .for pre order options you don’t receive any email just ask you to click on sth and then show your bag is empty. I tried to pay through website there is only one option to pay to add card number no other option shows up like PayPal or apple pay !!!!
Fix the app
It keeps randomly refreshing when I am halfway down the page so I have to scroll down again👎

I really love Oh Polly’s products, but the app is seriously disappointing. There are constant issues with signing in, updating delivery addresses, and overall functionality. It’s incredibly frustrating and makes me question whether I should keep shopping here. If you want customers to enjoy their experience, please focus on fixing these technical problems and improving the app’s usability.

Love the brand but there are always issues with the app and recently it’s overheating my phone when opened and on top of that it lags and freezes.

Great clothes but app is still broken despite multiple updates
My wishlist is still broken ! Deleted , updated , still broken ! Also you need to fix your marketing emails , sends emails of offers on app or site but when you try to shop the offer it reverts always to full price . You needs clear T&C for your offers
I can’t save anything
Absolutely love the brand however the app needs fixing. Since u got the app I can’t save anything to a wishlist at all, I’d probably buy from here a lot more if I could save things I like to a wishlist but it doesn’t work on the app

Wouldn’t even allow me to log in to my account, tried everything under the sun, making a new one, reset password etc nothing. Just stick to the website
