Great customer service!
Out of all the books I have tried, BetFred is one of the easiest and quickest books to get ahold of a person and get answers. Every time I need help they are prompt with their answers and get me situated quite quickly. Love it and wish every place had this level of customer service!

Blind as can be
My fam put 150 on Weili to win first round, she won. Betfred said we lost. Should have won over $500. Then placed 100 on Weili to win on 100 bet in the fourth, which she did, but Betfred said we lost. $2000 of winnings Betfred “lost”. This book is a joke. Save your money, even if you think you won, you still lose. Go to a more professional outfit like FanDuel or draftkings. At least they have a contact link. This book is a joke. Still waiting on my $2k. I’ll update if I get it, until then, stay away.

Good Sportsbook
The app has a good parlay system and when I needed help they had a texting option available and I was helped almost immediately no waiting 24hrs like most company nor have I seen that option for customer service on other apps
Great Sportsbook!! But…!
So far I’ve loved using Betfred, easy deposit and withdrawal and decent odds. Customer service has been anazing in helping the few kinks I had! Only reason I left 4 stars is, their game lines are different than other books. There is no O/U you basically just bet on certain intervals of a players stats (Assists,points,rebounds) Nothing bad! Just not like most books in that aspect!

My go-to betting app!
While there are many options for sports betting in Ohio, Betfred is by far my favorite app. User-friendly interface, great odds and even better customer service. The signup bonus was an enticing starting point and the promos keep me coming back day after day.

Great Sportsbook App
This app works just as advertised. Especially the promo bonus bets. I have seen a lot of sports betting apps that don’t pay out their promotions. Is not the case with this app. Customer service is also very responsive. Highly recommend.

Great customer service
