this app just keeps getting worse. In the game section, they keep clogging it with multiple areas for the same game, when you only need one for each game. It’s become very confusing. In addition, they keep moving the challenges section and now I can’t even find it. I called customer service and no one knows anything about it. I looked it up and there’s nothing there. Before, you didn’t have to activate the challenge, it will just give you the reward. Recently, they started making users activate the challenge, I’m guessing so that they could rob people who didn’t know you had to activate the challenge. Then they moved it to a different section to hide it. And now it’s not even there anymore

Disappointed
Literally stopped playing on fanatics because I stopped winning a decent amount no matter how often that I played. Ironically, I was never able to win the same amount that I originally won when first joining the all even while betting more than I was betting then on the same exact games. Makes me feel like this apps really are rigged and they only let you win big at first just to get you to keep coming back trying to win that same amount again. Fanduel has been rewarding me far larger winnings consecutively so I have chosen to play there now instead and only using Fanatics as a second choice which sucks because I really did enjoy the app.
