for students only?
the app no longer shows time off balances or other employee things for which i used it. if this app is intended for just students, then i currently have no use for it. when i become a student again, i’ll pick it back up and review it again.

Final grades issue
I’m having issues with my final grades showing duplicates of classes and effecting the unit credits and gpa of multiple semesters
Buildings tab inaccurate

So easy to use
As an OSU student I love this app. I feel extremely fortunate to go to a school that is able to give technology that actually helps and advances my attendance. The only thing I had trouble understanding was the bus, but after talking with some other students I was able to figure it out!
A necessity.
This app has been the singular best tool for my time at OSU. It does everything - class schedules, payment information, IT ticket updates, even a list of gender-neutral restrooms on campus. Fish, whoever you are, you need a pay raise.

Ironic that a state university couldn’t recuit a handful of devs to properly build a working phone app. App does not work
Great app
The OSU app is so helpful, especially since I'm a new student. It has campus maps, dining and parking locations, mental health and wellness resources, etc. It's a great resource for people who may or may not know who to ask for certain things around campus. It also has campus events which is great if you want to get more involved but don't know how. 10/10 I think this app has everything you need to thrive here

The CLS non-stop driver
8:30 am in March 13th. The CSL bus drove in buckeye parking lot station, and I am 5 meters away. When I walked towards the bus, it drove away!!! That is crazy, with only 2 seconds wait. I am not sure what that driver is hurry for. Please investigate this issue, as it happens a lot!

Super useful for students
A+ app
Best tool for OSU students
Helps me keep track of my assignments, meetings, payments, and navigating campus. It also alerts me when I get enrolled in a waitlist class and let’s me know when a final grade has been posted with a very distinctive tune. This app is a must for Ohio State University students.
Suspicious activity
Deleting the app because at least once a month it appears in my screen time as running 24/7 for several days, yet I’ve never opened it on my iPad and it doesn’t have background permissions. It also doesn’t show up at ALL on the battery use page. Very strange, so I’ll be deleting the app from my devices

Fix the bus schedule please
The app is great for everything EXCEPT the bus schedule is very off and kind of tedious to read.
