Never Return to Kumar’s Office
We travelled over hour and half to get there. Needed to see this doctor due to my mom’s failing health.
We got stuck in traffic that was beyond my control.
I was trying to call and drive all at the same time . Breaking several highway rules to get my mom seen.
Because I am the only person with her. We left in ample amount of time.
(I guess I need to leave four hours prior to the scheduled appointment and just sit in the office until our appointment)!
We were told we were past the grace period of 15 minutes when I turned on the road to drive back to the office.
Do Doctors care anymore or is it just about the dollar?
Disgrace is what they have become.

The best medical care center for women, the resection girls are incredibly friendly, the doctors and nurses treat it in a very special way and always explain in detail what they will do each appointment they have scheduled, they are the best option to go do the annual examination of the woman

I get my lab results before my doctors even do I can understand everything. It’s an amazing. I can’t speak more highly of it. I just wish I the only problem is I just wish. I would be able to talk directly to my doctor.

In addition to very good healthcare, I’m receiving very good administrative care using MyChart. The app is easy to navigate and I feel well informed.
Online payment
When processing a payment from my phone, I can only enter whole dollar amounts. There is no decimal point available. I had to enter two transactions, one for the dollar amount and a second for the cents.

I want to thank every for your perfect bedside manners. I came in not knowing what was happening with me , I'm still not sure but the care I received was excellent. I wish all of them was that smooth. Thay you again. And my nurse was great 2 👍👍for you. You deserve a raise for putting up with me.

Love the app cuz if I need to ask a question just send them a message. I usually get a response within 1 to 2 days And have all my Doc appts all in one place!
Not supported
I have a iphone7 and ios15 and can’t open app any longer. I cant spend hundreds of dollars for a newer phone when the app could still be made to work.

As healthcare organizations go, this one is great in today’s world. I can manage my entire family from my Won site profile portal. I am well taken care of with just a phone call or a text. Managing prescriptions for a family of seven is totally easy thanks to the portal and the Efficient Way, Ohio Health handles everything.

From admittance to throughout the procedure and dismissal, the entire staff as well as Dr. Sherer treated me with the utmost respect, caring and attentive, were well informed as to my condition. I was pleased, as well as my son who accompanied me.

Ohio Health has so many locations and all The Dr’s, Nurses and other employees are absolutely amazing. I’ve always been seen and heard so well most of them have become like family. Every time I’ve sent a message on my chart I get a rapid response and whatever issue I had was quickly resolved. I will always recommend Ohio Health to anyone and everyone from family to strangers.
