Dead end
Game was decent when I started playing but now I’m at level 68 and it’s stalled out . No new areas no new events. Absolutely nothing to keep me motivated to play this game consistently.I’ve updated it several times and nothing has changed so I don’t know what bugs they have supposedly fixed.
Needs to improve
It was fun at the beginning but now every time I login there’s no side quest nothing extra that made the game fun at first. Not sure why they stopped having mini quests and events in the game

This matching game is/was really good to play. Recently it lost the mini games and rewards that have always been there. I’ve had this game for a long time and all the sudden it all the extras were gone..

Love love love this game. Sometimes more than I'm willing to admit. But for the last day and a half I haven't been able to get on. It just keeps saying lost connection. Pls help!!

So far, game is fun and you don’t have to buy anything. I hope it stays that way!

For several weeks it was you can’t claim the daily prize twice. Particularly the 7th day one that has 50 moves.
By the way…STILL AN ISSUE
This week it’s the dream journey side game with 21 hours left and you can’t play anymore.
I can only assume next week will contain another issue.
This week it’s the cannons quit shooting on the color dragon side game.

Disappointing
This game was fun in the beginning but now it’s just a mess. When new events come out it often shows as me completed them already so I can’t even do the event and get rewards. If support actually response then I have lost time to complete the event and get rewards. Then I was a little excited about the last two little mini games they added which one was a dragon event… it was really great until I learned as u are watching a video to get more bombs the dragon is still moving so you lose either way. The one now with you placing items in the room where it goes is difficult bc while your trying to place the item in the room the background is moving as well. Don’t get me started on how impossible you have made it to finish the fishing event. Saved up so much energy just to make sure I can complete it yet the last three days of the event I only need to finish one fish and you make sure I kept getting the same fish. I love this keep but I am just a bout done.

Needs an update
Every time I click on the pencil and notepad bc I earned enough coins, the game gets stuck. Just about every time I click on the twenty free lives, nothing happens. Seems to be more and more bugs that need fixing as the game goes on.

Customer service
Have had issues and tonight game froze and wasn’t working at all. I wasn’t sure if was on my end so deleted and reinstalled. Game was still down. When it did come back up I was restarting from square one! Very unsatisfactory! And customer service doesn’t even answer so what’s the use in contacting them!

Story cards and seasons
You get all these cards (purple ones) to add to the next season and it takes for ever for it to populate. I have like 8 of them just sitting there waiting. Takes up room on my board. Don’t make the cards available if it’s going to take forever to start and be able to use them.
