Software is terrible

This software is terrible I cant believe out tax money went to setting this up. Loaded it on my phone and within min it had locked up two or three times. It did not work when your phone is set to military time to set a notification. This was very disappointing. If people within my company created an app with these faults there would be repercussions.

Notifications

App will never remove a outstanding notification wether notifications are turned on or off even when there is not any notifications to notify. Otherwise an ok app.

Very Impressed

Im used to apps from municipalities being very poorly designed. This is an incredible exception. Great work. I love how easy and useful it is.
