I was feeling very overwhelmed with not loosing weight and my friend to me about a coach from HSN and I took the leap and started it is a slow journey but well worth it, thank you to your team and my coach, I am learning how to eat healthy and not eat sugar that I don’t need thank you.

I really like the HSN app. It’s so easy to use and very helpful.
Clunky and Unresponsive
App is extremely unresponsive and clunky. The intention is there but the execution is incredibly frustrating. When providing feedback via email the response I received was to post it on a forum so people can “vote” for it. Voting for basic functionality of an app isn’t a solution. Clicking often takes 2-3 attempts before there is a response and the 3-4 steps involved in ticking off a simple habit is tedious. I enjoy working with my coaches but the app makes it extremely difficult to engage fully as it can be incredibly time consuming to complete a simple task.

Great program!
Healthy Steps Nutrition is an amazing program. The simple habit based approach makes improving your health so easy. I loved working with my coach Elena. Her encouragement and kindness were just what I needed to stay on track to make my new habits permanent. The accountability of a coach and the app made all the difference for me. Instead of saying I want to put a habit into place, I put a habit in place and I feel like it is there to stay.

Great App! Hoping for expanded macro tracker options
I have recently started using this app with my nutrition coach at my CrossFit box and love it! The only draw back for me is I wish it were compatible with MacrosFirst instead of MFP. With an app that encourages following macros, it would be awesome if it integrated with a free macros focused app like MacrosFirst instead of MFP which makes you pay a hefty fee for premium features like macro breakdowns per meal.

I downloaded this app for the first time I open the app and it wants my email and password automatically I’ve never had this app before so I do not have a sign in email and password and there is no option to create an account ????
Doesn’t add value (nutrition client not gym review)
I decided to give HSN a try at my CrossFit gym. I can’t eat legumes due to an allergy, but there was so many meals with that as a part of it. The meals are overly complicated for someone that works. They need to be lots of the same breakfasts and leftovers for lunch to really work well. The app itself give no value. It just steals info from other more useful apps (MyFitnessPal and Fitbit) and adds a messaging potion. In my option this isn’t really doing anything.
As for the recipes, they are terrible and you can’t even access them in the app, you have to go to the website. I’ve tried a few and end up wasting food. Also I have yet to see a 4 or 5 star recipe. Honestly. Not worth the money I am spending.
