Constantly freezing
Came here several times looking for an update because it is constantly freezing. Every time I go my cart I can’t scroll and no buttons work. So I can to close the app and restart. It’s so annoying and makes me never want to shop here

Nothing is available
I got the app because I frequently by from old navy so to make my life easier I downloaded but it hasn’t been easier. Every time I tap on an item to look at it tells me that it’s no longer available which is funny because if I go to their website, the items shows as available. Every single thing I pick gives me a “sorry item no longer available” which makes shopping virtually impossible and it wasn’t resolved even after the new update. What’s the point of an app if I can’t see any of the items
