App doesnt work on iphone. Regardless of reinstalling, turning phone on/off, it keeps saying โuh oh youve hit a snagโ. Made a complaint but old navy app team is quite useless
Still a customer who always pays on time/pays total balance though yrs ago my limit was reduced?!
I do like the Old Navy sales. For the life of me I will never understand why you reduced my credit limit by $100 when I always pay my bill on time and pay off the total balance repeatedly. My income has increased substantially and I have a fine FICO score so what gives? I am a good customer though I feel that loyalty is not reciprocated from this company.
