Scammed
I paid for the full year and was still locked out of my features that should have unlocked. I have been emailing for a month now about refunding my account over 8 emails and still nothing. Be careful….they will not response.
Tired of Paywalls
The app is stuck behind a paywall, I understand having advanced features as something to pay for. But a yearly subscription for the app itself doesn’t seem worth it to me, I’d rather just have to buy the app in full and not pay a subscription
Too expensive
Download the app and it makes you answer a bunch of questions before finally get to the end where it tells you you need to pay. I’ll stick with Yuca thank you for $10 a year.

Subscription
the app worked fine at first. it would continuously ask me to buy the subscription and not have a way to exit out or use the app for free. after i bought the free subscription and refunded it, it would not even let me use the app without asking me to pay for the stupid subscription. FIX YOUR APP
Customer support sucks
Ive been emailing them for over a week now trying to get assistance with my account so that i could cancel my subscription but they never respond. Now i feel like im stuck paying for something every month because they wont help me get access to manage my subscription its like no one even works for there customer service team. I wouldnt recommend this service at all.

Why
Why does every fricking app charge for everything. Unfortunately this one is not for me.
Compared to YUKA app and there are some MAJOR DIFFERENCES
Major differences between YUKA and Olive. Olive labeled a food 100/100 then scanned on YUKA and it was 36/100. Went back and scanned the same product and olive said it was a whole different product than what I scanned. This has occurred multiple times and the inconsistency has me going elsewhere.

Would not let me get past referral which requires me to send an offer to a friend and potentially open up my Contacts to the app. Free trial cancelled before I could even use it because it would not accept “maybe later” How about Definitely Never!
Inaccurate Ingredient Lists

The app recommended a mainstream highly processed mayonnaise over an organic mayonnaise made by a small indie company.
The recommended product contains SOY BEAN OIL and several heavily processed ingredients. Yet the ingredient list shown on the app does not match the actual product label!!
That is a serious problem for an app whose entire purpose is supposedly to help consumers make safe, better, healthier decisions! So disappointing.

App won’t let you get past sharing it with friends. There’s no way to get past the “Know Someone who cares about what they eat screen” guess I’ll use something else.
Stuck
It wont let me get past “share with at least 1 friend” screen… kind of sucks. I press continue and it doesn’t do anything. I gave it a day and still hasn’t changed. Lame. I was so excited for this app
Can’t log on
I don’t know how well this app works because I can’t even log on. I get to the part to skip inviting a friend and it just keeps reloading. Deleted and downloaded again….same issue
Wow so disappointing
Never have I been forced to respond to so many questions and be forced to refer a friend before I could move to the next screen. Reluctantly, I did and moved on to the next screen and could not go any further. App is seemingly a scam. I will not advance to any functions that I thought it would support….just stuck on the “14 day free trial…” screen. Don’t waste your money. I have submitted a support email to the Olive support team but the number of answers demanding an answer before I could move on and then the stuck screen is ridiculous. Never had this type of experience with any other Apple app to date.

Seems like a scam
I downloaded the app and couldn’t get past the screen where it asked me to share all contacts and refer a friend. Even paid 2.99 for a 30 day trial and restarting phone and redownloading app did not help me move past this referral screen. Was never able to access anything on the app even tho I paid!
