Lost cryptocurrency recovery
I was so impatient to carry out necessary research but i really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz.
Unfortunately for me, I invested 80,000
GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 280,000 GBP within a couple of weeks. But i didn't realize i was dealing with a scam company, until i tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because i could not afford to let it go. So i tried all possible means to make sure i recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptocurrency, funds with the help of itech koa. So i file a report and he was able to help me get back all my lost funds within two weeks. I will recommend anybody who wants to recover scammed bitcoin, stolen cryptocurrency, funds lost to binary options forex, investment and any other form of online scam, reach out to itechkoa@Gmail.

Worst card app ever!
Got my card everything was free. 3 months later, the update the policy to have an account fee. (TAX) plus other fees. I paid my card off and kept looking to see when they got it. Nothing on the app even said I paid it. I called to find out because I know nothing on the app. They said and would post in 7 to 10 days. I mentioned it don’t show me anything on the app about it. The app was fixed by the next day only because I called. It hard to function when you’re not sure where your money is what unexpected charges am I going to get. I literally closed the credit card account. No other card I own charges fees!

66% interest read between the lines
So this company make sure you pay your interest charge before your actual purchases. Resulting in more interest charges and never paying it off. About 60% of my payments go to interest charges because I’m paying the minimum. But yet my amount owed has gone down 100 bucks in 2 years. I’ve paid 10 bucks a month towards my charges and 25 towards interest. Don’t let this company fool you! Ollo in Spanish means hole and you will put yourself in a hole with this company!

Weird. Frustrating
I've never had a credit card that 1. Takes so long to process payment from my bank acccount
2. Sometimes appears that 1 monthly payment withdraws TWICE from my account (5-6 days later). Confusing & disconcerting, so I mistakenly blocked it when it showed up 2nd x
3. Has No chat customer service, sometimes no response for over an hour in phone queue
4. THE APP DOES NOT SHOW PENDING TRANSACTIONS/ AUTO DEBIT PAYMENTS!!!
Customer svc confirmed this.

Good cash back rewards,but doesn't really help with building credit.
I've had Ollo for almost 3 years the past year I solely use it for my everyday expenses, i have a very low credit limit of $300 and I can only make 5 payments in 30days in the app? It's so inconvenient given that I'm using this card for most of my expenses. Credit limit never changed regardless of me always zeroing out my balance every month. Not to mention my income increased 20k this year.

Can’t pay off with extra payments
I tried to send in a payment today and I got a notification that only 5 payments are allowed per 30-day period. So now I have to wait until my due date again to make a payment. I was hoping to make multiple payments between now and the due date to pay off the balance in full. This is uncommon practice to not allow multiple payments.

Garbage
The worst company. They get you to get the card and spend and they let you think ish is sweet then they block your bank account from being able to make payments so you just can’t pay them so your late and then your score is affected. My wallet was stolen and they have yet to send me another card. Worst company ever!!! DO NOT GO HERE TO GET ANYTHING. I’m reporting this company.

Glad I signed up
Ollo has helped tremendously with building my credit. I got a pre approval in the mail and decided to take a chance. They offered a decent starting limit amount, no annual fees and a solid app to monitor my account. After three months of on time payment I saw +40 point increase. Close to around a year I got $750 limit increase, which caused a +15 point increase because my utilization was lowered. Going on 1.5years I got a sizable limit increase followed by a low balance transfer APR offer. I stay current on all my credit accounts but this just allowed me to roll everything into OLLO and pay it off faster with lower interest. If Ollo keeps this kind of service up and doesn’t get greedy like the big companies y’all will definitely have me a long time customer for sure.

Frustrated!!!
My credentials work fine on the website but when I use them on the mobile app I get a "user invalid" error. Over and over again since I first installed the app weeks ago. I called customer service. They don't see any issues on their end. I see other reviews describing the same problem. And it's been 10 months since any type of update was made. Let's get this fixed!!!
Going on 3 weeks. Nothing has changed. Obviously, Ollo has no interest in providing customer service. I have spoken to several reps and get same responses with no solutions. I will be posting my reviews on all my social media platforms and sharing with as many as possible.

Easy Peasy
I absolutely enjoy the ease of the app and its ability to pay and monitor my Ollo card. Makes me feel like I’m a computer genius lol
No Instant Notifications
I have had no problems with the app other than no type of instant notification when I use my card for a purchase. Capital One, Discover, Synchrony and many other cards send me a push notification or text or email instantly when a purchase is made. This app will wait a few days before sending an email notification. Can you all do an update for instant notifications when my card is used? If you do I’ll use the card daily for my purchases and I’m sure many others will too.

Down,pad but not open
I have downloaded this app multiple times on my IPad but cannot get beyond the welcome to mobile app page! Have to go to olio card website to get my account information etc. my other bank apps work fine including your partner Mission Lane Card. Please correct this long standing problem and INCONVENIENCE

It is so convenient when you have the Ollo app. You can review your account and quickly make a payment. Also can see your credit score. Face recognition is the best.

I wish every other website( ap)would go to”OLLO school” and learn how to make interactions super easy. It’s by far my favorite app.

Will not open
I have used this app on many occasions. I bought a new IPad ios14 and a new iPhone 11 as well Feb. 1st. I have been unable to open the mobile app when downloaded on my iPad. It will download but only open to the point of greeting and then nothing. But, I have problem opening the app on my iPhone. I called Ollo but was only told “ the app is working”. Is there a problem with the app and new iPads? The Ollo mobile app is the( only) app I am having a problem with. I have deleted it and reinstalled many times as well as restarted my device.

2-Month Old Account Closed Suddenly With No Warning-
Paying on time and using it for almost all my expenses and now when I try to use the app to check my account, I get a pop up saying account closed

Hi Tamerrashdan - we are actively working to resolve a systems issue. As a result of the systems outage, some accounts were wrongly reported as closed – this has been fixed. Please know that you can now use your Ollo card just as before and service your account on ollocard.com. The Ollo mobile app will be back and running soon.
Stay away from this card
Easy to get credit. My score went up 150 points in the past two years and paid off and was saving the card for emergencies and it was paid off a d they closed the cars. Reducing my average age of cards lowering my credit age and credit limit lowering my score. No warning or anything. Will never use typhus company again.

There isn’t a option on the website or app to apply for the credit card it only gives options to activate the Ollo card or put in a offer number.
