This app always crashes. Every now and then I’ll have to uninstall and reinstall. Don’t bother looking at your properties on the map. It’ll just crash your phone.

Here a idea . Let’s make an app that people use while driving and when you’re looking at the app it screams alerts at you that you can’t turn off

Trash App
Omadi Towing, by far, is the biggest pile of steaming crap that I have ever had to use for work. In a 12-hour shift, it routinely crashes over 50 times to the point that I, now, expect it not to properly work. The upload times are ridiculously slow and, God forbid I take too many pictures, the whole app freezes up. The best day of my life will be when I can delete this F****N app! If I could give Omadi Towing NO STARS, then I would…!

Plagued with issues
This app for the last 24 hours has continuously crashed. I even bought a iPhone to help with the issues but I think the developers need to redesign this app. I’m in college for cybersecurity but dealing with this app makes my want to change my major and learn to code to make a better app and sow the developers how it is done. I’m extremely disappointed in this app.

I have turned sound off on app Notifications off on Omadi settings . Please tell me why I’m using app in the middle of night . Having phone connected to my radio : and a Omadi notification comes In it screams the louded sound ever. When notification are off that means no sounds … please turn off sound Maybe that’s too confusing for this company ! Turn off sound !!!!!!

Seriously?
For the last few weeks during login, it gets to a certain point and closes out. I go back in and it starts over with “Updating Forms.” Gets to that point again and out it goes. I reset data and same thing. Delete and reinstall app, same thing. After many attempts it finally allows me to log in.

I regularly have to delete and reinstall this piece of crap. My job depends on this app and I regularly lose time because of it.

- call won’t show up to ten minutes after being dispatched
- photos don’t save correctly
- info is lost when app crashes (almost daily)
- have to delete and re-install app almost weekly
It’s sad that it has the ability to be such a great app but nobody seems to care to make it better.

Good but crashes on iOS 15.1
Not bad software, however it crashes repeatedly daily on the new IOS 15.1.. have sent MULTIPLE debug reports. But no updates. HELP!!!
Garbage
This app is literal garbage. As a driver, it crashes constantly, has issues uploading files, has issues receiving dispatches, constantly needs to be force synced, and absolutely nothing works as you want it to. Get Towbook.
Line item charges won't generate
Line item charges stopped generating since recent update, also pictures are getting chosen without me pickkng them. At this point I'd rather upload one picture at a time to avoid all these recent issues NO ONE IS ADDRESSING.
