Very good service
Slow and not user-friendly
The app is a lot like the webpage experience: slow and cumbersome. Sometimes submissions hang forever and you have to “reboot” the app. Navigating through it is painful, with each “click” leading to an excruciating wait. Garbage … But what do you expect? It isn’t Qatar Airways or Emirates, it’s Oman Air.

Never works. When it works, it barely works. Oh and if you ever forget your member information, good luck retrieving it.
Uncertainty of charges
Maybe charged for seats that I never requested, maybe?
App keeps asking to pay for a ticket that has already been paid.
As an Emerald tier member, I expected a seamless experience with Oman Air. Unfortunately, the app repeatedly asked me to pay for a ticket already purchased and didn’t allow seat selection despite my status. To top it off, constant upgrade bids for an already pricey business ticket felt insulting. I hope Oman Air addresses these issues, as I expected more from their premium service.

Faulty app!
I booked for Jan and it gave me a ticket for Feb!! To change the date, they want to charge me more than the amount I paid for the ticket and to cancel the ticket - I get no refund whatsoever. Absolutely ridiculous. Customer service is useless!!
Good app - but need more love updates
The app is very efficient and gives details of your trip, but it would be great to see some live features, so it could updates you if there are gate changes etc
Buggy
App is very laggy. I placed a bid for business class which I want to cancel but after clicking on ‘modify bid’, I just get a blank white screen. I’ve reattempted multiple times on different days and no change.
The worst ever
The worst airline I had ever in my whole life, I tried almost all airlines in the world Oman air was the worst, I had 10 hours layover in Muscat, no hotel offers or even a chance to speak with one of the Oman air customer service agents.
