Very slow apps
Disappointed
Flying from Sydney, via Muscat then to Milan. Notified a few day prior to flight that the Milan leg was delayed by about 5 hours, no problem can deal with that and reorganised a few things. When checking in in Sydney was told to pick up boarding pass in Bangkok, which I thought strange but luggage checked through. Upon arriving in Bangkok, flight was rescheduled until next day, which then threw all plans out the window. On top of that, the Ground Services in Bangkok were so disorganised, it was like this was the first time this had happened. I then found an email that was sent after I’d departed advising the new flight would depart at 3.15am, however the ground staff advised it was wrong and new flight to Muscat would depart at 8.00am……this is my first flight with Oman Air and I’m extremely disappointed

No seat where available when I was doing check in and error was not helping just was saying error for this reservation so contact check in desk at airport , should have been better explained error

It was pathetic experience with this this app since it’s not allowing any baggage adding and charging like hell during baggage checkin at airport

Slow and not user-friendly
The app is a lot like the webpage experience: slow and cumbersome. Sometimes submissions hang forever and you have to “reboot” the app. Navigating through it is painful, with each “click” leading to an excruciating wait. Garbage … But what do you expect? It isn’t Qatar Airways or Emirates, it’s Oman Air.
