It a scam guys before you do your KYC they charge you either 250 or 600 depending on the package you choose. After buying that package you will still not be able to do tou KYC i have been trying to do since 4-5 days its stuck on “Verification Pending “ and you cannot even contact they if you didnt subscribe to the 600 rupee plan

The worst customer support they don’t even pick up the call I want to close my account and I gmail them and they said we cannot accept any action from different gmail but I can provide all the verification document but they don’t accept anyway I chat with them through the app and they don’t even see my chat request I hope they fix that

UI Redesign Needed
Please improve the UI. It feels outdated and genuinely frustrating to use. Take inspiration from clean, modern UPI apps like BHIM, PhonePe, or even Fampay. The current OmniCard interface is cluttered, unintuitive, and honestly takes away from the overall experience. A fresh, polished design would make a huge difference.

Fraud app
This app is a big scam. When you will add your money and after some days of using this app is will start showing action not allowed and this is showing in my account from last 3 months and I am not able to send money and make payment to anywhere

This upi is genuine fraud
I had installed it because I just wanted a sub acc where I can limit my expenses. I created a acc in it. At the beginning it looked like you don’t have to buy any subscriptions to use the upi because I could add money to my wallet without showing me the subscription menu but when it came to payment time it showed me subscription menu and the subscription price is too much. If you genuinely want people to not undergo any difficulties show your subscriptions after registering to your app and tell them that they should pay for the subscription to use the upi, you are just putting the wallet balance and other features. This is very disappointing genuine fraud I mean. Please everyone switch to fampay it’s far better than all these apps

Prefer not to use this app for trust
So, i have deposited my fisrt money of this app like 1k so this app takes money to have their subscription which is both pricing like of 249rs&699rs, i have taken an cheaper one before verification of my kyc which is necessary to have payments but now my stuck and they have not verified my kyc since then taking so much time and now im not able to take my rest of money out also and they dont have a customer service calls without paying them another 250rs which i think is not totaly wort it

Gets the job done!
As far as payments are concerned, OmniCard does a top notch job.
Unlike my other UPI apps, which sometimes face glitches due to bank failures, I’ve never faced payment issues with OmniCard. Also, I rest a little easy knowing that my bank account information is not linked to my OmniCard account.
Have used their contactless keychain as well which works like a charm for tap n pay.
Overall, would highly recommend this nifty app for your day to day payments👍🏻

Iomni is best
I really like how its works like recently my money got stuck by otherside bank and showing as pending in omnicard and I raise a complaint and within2 ours they call me back get back my money on call thankyou so much oomni service team i really appreciate your work….
