App crashes constantly

This app is trash compared to a computer version. Constantly lags out for up to a minute, takes forever to do anything.
I wouldn’t use the app if I didn’t have to, the only redeeming quality of this app is the fact that I’m not required to remote into our facilities computer on my phone to check the status... although it may be quicker to use logmein to access a computer to access guard dog instead of using this app.
Whoever gave this a 5* review obviously doesn’t need to actually use the app for what it is designed for.... very productive what the heck is it being so productive of

Very productive app.
Will not open
Can not even open the app. It crashes instantly.
Used to be good
After the recent iOS 13 update the app won’t load on my iPhone XR
