App won’t open anymore
I keep clicking the app to open it and it force closes itself.

YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE APP TO WORK
Totally Disappointed. App & Bluetooth do not work unless you pay. This was not stipulated on the box or description of the Omron 10 monitor. Avoid if you want to use the app, now have to buy a paper log book.

It's impossible to register an account! I keep getting an error message saying my email address or password is incorrect when I try to register an account.Why？
Wow. Can get the basics right.
App used to be useful. Now it doesn’t even display averages anymore. This is a basic function. Come on omron get your act together.
May update awful
Until May this app was excellent and user friendly but since May when it seems as if an apprentice was let loose doing the update it’s user unfriendly.
For example I can no longer type in my weight although it still updates my BP and the only reason I can think of why this is is it’s because I have an Omron BP machine but not an Omron weighing scales and its to get people to buy one.
Now I will get an automated response of no use just like all the others who hate this update. It wasn’t broken so why change it?
