Great experience! But unfortunately the tires needed air and the air pump station didn’t work. Other than that it was great!

Flat Tires on Bikes

We rented three bikes... and all three needed significant air in the tires. There was NOWHERE nearby to get/purchase air. Experience ruined.

Outdated Interface

This app severely lacks contemporary design standards. It makes me never want to ride a bike again. The reliance on Google Maps most likely just creates issues there are so many better alternatives. Please fix this app.

Hassle

No Apple Pay. Didn’t accept code for my spouse (our hotel provides for free).

The code wasn’t the problem as it worked for me. Just not my husband.

On the app, it says the bike has been unlocked from the station it clicks, but the bike will not come off.Half the biles have flat tires

Never unlocks the bikes

Every single time we try to ride these bikes. It only shows one out of five available, and then when we select to unlock it, it doesn’t release.
This is my 5th attempt no success

Hello Serenitydv, Sorry to hear that you have repeatedly been unable to unlock the bike from the rack. Typically this happens if the locking system is low on battery, so the operator of that bike share program needs to do this. On any of these occasions, did you contacted the operator of that bike share program? You can contact them by clicking the HELP button in the App or using the Report a Problem button. We don't operate the bike share program; we only provide the platform to your property who owns and operates the bike share. If you want to contact us at info@onbikeshare.com with the name of your property, we can contact them on your behalf.
