Worst App Experience
I've exclusively only purchased this brand of shoe from Nordstrom and my first purchase in this app was the worst experience so much so that I'm reluctant to purchase another shoe from this company. When I ordered a style that wasn't available at Nordstrom I ordered my usual size which was way too small. The app said you can receive an exchange in a different size immediately and would need to return the first pair within 14 days to prevent a second charge. So I went through with the exchange and returned the shoe with their fedex QR code in 3 days. My exchange was never received. 3 weeks past which during that time I reached out to on via their app 6 times only to have each time my chat session ended before an agent logged on. I finally got them on the phone in which after 3 weeks they said they can out in a request to cancel my exchange and if approved I would be notified via email in 48 hours. If the refund is approved then it would be 10-14 business days. Maybe others are used to this unacceptable level of customer service but I cannot and will not do business with this company.

The website is not user friendly for everyone and I was very disappointed that OC does not offer a gift option or a message for the recipient when Grandmother’s like myself want to say how much they love the grandchild (who in this case) is the recipient. Please note that this would be a great option and apply it for us old Grandma’s and Grandpa’s.
