O menu não é simples. Para fazer devolução é PÉSSIMO. Não aparece o QR CODE e precisamos ficar perdendo por email mas ninguém responde.

Beware of Their Refund Policy
I would not recommend shopping from this company because of their unfair refund policy.
I bought a pair of boots for $190, but they were uncomfortable, so I returned them. Instead of refunding my money to my original payment method, they only offered a gift card.
I then used that gift card to buy two pairs of shoes and paid the remaining balance with my bank card. Later, one of the shoes was canceled because it was out of stock. Even though the cancellation was their fault, they refused to refund the money to my original payment method and insisted on issuing yet another gift card.
Customers should be aware of this policy before making a purchase. If the company cannot fulfill your order, you may still be forced to accept store credit instead of getting your money back. This experience has been very frustrating, and I will not shop here again. I hope this review helps other customers understand the company’s refund policy before making a purchase. If an item is canceled because it’s out of stock, customers should receive a refund to their original payment method—not be forced to accept store credit. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to lose trust in the company, and I won’t be shopping here again

True to Warranty
I have purchased a few pairs of these, over the past 4-5 years. My last pair I bought 9 months ago and a they got a hole in the toe bed. I submitted a claim and once approved, I had a gift card in a couple of hours, so I purchased another pair. I have worked in the medical field for 35 years and always spend the extra money for comfort. It’s always a risk, because shoes do tear up, but I’ll never hesitate when going with On Clouds, because they stand by their guarantee, making it essentially risk-free.

1- Não há instrução de como contatar o suporte da empresa, você simplesmente não consegue um e-mail, chat de ajuda, whatsapp, nada. O campo de endereço sempre buga e nunca salva o endereço, não importa quantas vezes você tente ou reinicie o app. A função de indicação da on para ganhar um bônus/cupom simplesmente não funciona. São tantos defeitos…
