I ordered from July 26 until now Augst 7 the order never shipped. It always says my order already processed And When I want to cancel it there is no option. I tried to call the customer service many times and nobody answer it. So dissapointed.

Really high quality products. I will see products advertised on FB, but very difficult to relocate them through the app later. They might show 20 sales on FB, but when using the app and applying the filter, you don’t see any of those shoes listed. This can be a real source of frustration.
