This will be my fourth book with Once Upon and I love it it's so easy to just put all my pictures on every three months I make another book of my partner nice relationship and it's been a joy.
So simple and easy
This is such a convenient way to get you photos organized. I do photo books by the year and it is so seamless and the quality great. My only complaint is that when trying to use old photos that are uploaded to the cloud they don’t load in the app so it makes things a little more difficult.
Defective book difficult to obtain replacement
I received a damaged book and was offered 15% off purchase price or 30% off further order. When I questioned this and asked for a replacement I was told that this was a shipping issue and that they are trying to reduce carbon footprint. They then did offer me a ‘free book’. I found this response upsetting as if they were putting blame on me. I do care for the environment but I also wanted an undamaged book of memories. I am very time poor as a busy mum so sending multiple emails to obtain a replacement was difficult for me. I will not order from this company again.

Can’t upload images
While the general user experience seems great, I can’t even get started. I spent hours on my phone attempting to get images through the Google photos share. Then moved onto my laptop and cannot upload there either. Missed the EOFY sale code because of this too. Had really high expectations and am now incredibly frustrated

Easy app to use, great print
Very happy with how easy this app is to use. I wish they would add a feature to auto add ‘date of picture taken’ into caption
Custom Templates
The app is good. It would be great if it let you customize the templates to your liking rather than using preset templates. If that’s not possible, then perhaps adding additional template options. It looks like there are only 4-5 options. And whenever there are multiple photos, it only lets you add one full page photo on the left page, not the right page. It only adds full page photos to both pages when there’s only two photos in that page.

Photo Book
This app is so user friendly and straightforward when adding photos and editing a photo book! I added photos by day of trip so I wouldn’t get overwhelmed with edits at once. As you add another series of photos it picks up where you left off and also keeps any photos you’ve already used with a check mark so as not to duplicate. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone wanting to place an order!

I have made a book each year for my family since my daughter was born over 14 years ago and it is a lovely collection. It’s easy too since I’m so busy!

Beautiful and easy to use
Creating a book was so easy and user-friendly. I loved the different options that they gave for rearranging photos and loved their editing options as well. I’m so excited to receive this book in the mail.
Excellent app
I have ordered with Once Upon three times now, and each time it is very easy to put my photo books together and customise the spread. I can do a little bit at a time and it automatically saves where I left off. Ordering is very easy aswell, delivery is fast and the finished product is spectacular! I would 110% recommend Once Upon!

I want to love this app but I can’t even begin making my album without it crashing and losing all my progress without saving - I’m about to use a different service at this point!
