No longer connects
I’ve used this lamp for nearly 3 years for my daughter and have one at grandma’s house for sleepovers too. The connection dropping that others mention was slightly annoying but didn’t really affect functionality as it only took a moment to reconnect. In the last few days, however, both lamps have lost connection to the app and neither can reconnect no matter what we try and the lamps are now useless. I’m hoping an app update can be the solution!

Not working
For some reason the app keeps turning the noise off and won’t let me turn it back on unless I set an alarm for 1 minute in the future. Very frustrating and not at all user friendly!
Sound machine
I want to luv this I do but the app is ridiculous! I’ve downloaded it correctly too but while searching it continues to come up “no device ”!!every once in awhile the pic of sound machine shows up and I can click on it but then it continues to disappear 🤷♀️and that’s 90% of the time .. I’m so tierd I have to turn on manually.. it’s become so frustrating .. it’s sad because our granddaughter luvs this and so do we when we can get it to work! 😡😡

Phantom alarm
So we recently got a second night light. As the first is permanently on a solid colour no noise (childs request not broken) but since adding a new one they both keep going off with an alarm in the morning that has been deleted but keeps going off and there is no way of differentiating between the two devices on the app. Being able to nickname a device would help on that front but if the phantom alarm doesn’t stop i will return it as a faulty product.

Could be better
The app itself it’s not great but the sales are going well.
I would be nice to give a new shape to the app and also add battery status features as you don’t know when it’s time to recharge the lamp. Otherwise you need to leave it plugged in all the time . Overall I’m happy to word with the development team to make it look better.

One Fire Sleep
It comes on and goes off at random times. It comes on in the middle of the night and randomly cuts off when my grandchildren are sleeping and causes them to wake up. Not happy with it at all.
Great product! Awful app!
The product itself is great but the app is such a let down, it always struggles to “connect” even when I’m in the same room as the device. So isn’t always the perfect tool when trying to get you child to sleep and calm down when you can’t get the thing to work.
Other than that it has a great range of white noise sounds, light options and you can have alarms too, it has a clock built in as well.

Scheduled alarms don’t work
Great sounds and lights, and the alarms schedules feature should enable the user to set alarms for different times on different days. This doesn’t seem to work correctly as alarm times for Friday (for example) seem to override alarm times for the rest of the week… hoping someone can help.
Disconnects
This device is super inconsistent and turns on and off randomly. I’ve tried restarting my phone and app etc but nothing fixes it.
App Not Working
I am an iOS user but the app doesnt seem to work or even connect on the device. When I press the connect an open fire device, it doesn’t go through and device cannot be found. Hoping someone can help.
Uninstalled this app but white noise turns on whenever I receive a message
I uninstalled this app and somehow it is still connected to the lamp. I checked and is not listed under bluetooth devices, Do Not install this app on your phone, I’m afraid that I’m getting hacked and my personal info its being stolen by this people. Whenever I get a notification for a message the white noise goes on without me doing anything.

Multiple products
Dislike that I have 2 devices and I am only allowed to connect to one of them through the app. Wish there was a way to access both. It lets me choose “add another product” but I can never click on the second night light it glitches and goes back to start page and has to reconnect to the other device.

Disconnects
I wanted to like this app and product but they keep disconnecting with each other. Randomly it just stops making sound, waking up my baby. When I go into the app, it doesn’t even let me add the device. Very dissatisfied.
Days of the week function vanished
I want to love this but it keeps disconnecting: My main two gripes are:
1) If you want to set or adjust an alarm, you have to turn on the light/sound. So music blares at your last alarm level just to adjust your settings - so odd... especially when this is for sleeping kids.
2) I don’t want any alarms on Saturday + Sunday, that’s why I purchased this. But now the only setting is “EVERYDAY” which is not helpful.
PLEASE PLEASE fix these issues. Need a light with sound alarm that I can set for exactly when I want.

Make alarms accessible
Please make the alarms accessible without turning on the device, I have to turn on the light (last setting) to access alarms, so frustrating when I need to alter one at night time and it wakes my toddler.
