Good content
On the most part, the content is good. Some stuff will definitely charge your deen , and some stuff feels like a speaker could be repetitive. They cover a lot of topics through their videos, including kids videos. I highly recommend this app. Works perfectly on my Fire TV and iPhone.

I notice there’s comments now. But I wanted to add that I would love for you to make a family friendly profile. The app says 4+ and yet the headlining video at the top carousel has the word M*****BATE on the thumbnail with a fist. Why? WHY? either make it 14+ or let me make a family friendly profile.

Ilove that there’s no comments and ads like YouTube but I can benefit from the same content. But the major selling point is the original series.
My only complaint is the terrifying depictions of demons on the thumbnails - and they’re everywhere. Guys, what are we doing?!? My kids want to watch but they’re afraid to open the app. Is this normal? Please create a more friendly profile that we can toggle to, or maybe adjust the thumbnails and imagery to be less nightmare inducing.
Inshallah as you grow and gain more traction and inshallah more financing, you can also leave the AI-generated images behind and hire talent to do all complimentary (family friendly) visuals. May Allah make it easy and reward you for this effort. Ameen

We love this app, I listen to it while working around the house and my children also listen to it like a podcast. It’s really enjoyable and makes learning about Islam easy for them.
AI overload
Pros: great concept, lack of distraction from non Islamic videos, no instrumental music.
Cons: so much AI imaging and voiceovers, in some cases it is not clear who the speaker is. Some lectures will play being labeled “part1”, but there will be no part 2 and no continuation to that lecture.
Overall, it is a great choice if one just wants something islamic playing and is not too concerned who the speaker is.

I really, really enjoy this app. I’ve been watching the Death series, and wallahi, it brings you in tune with life — especially the hereafter. This app reminds you of what truly matters and keeps your heart focused. I love it.
The app crashes after I try to register.
Salamo alaykom. So the app has many videos that are very interesting, but one problem I have with it is that whenever I try to register, it just crashes. I did the same thing again and it still crashed. Do you know how to fix this?
Disappointed
I’ve subscribed to One Islam twice now, and both times the service has failed to work properly. Even after downloading the app, I still can’t watch or play the videos. For something that costs as much as it does, this is really disappointing.
What makes it more frustrating is that much of their content on YouTube is blocked unless you pay at least £10 per month. I feel like Islamic reminders and beneficial knowledge should be accessible to everyone, not locked behind a paywall. I do understand that organizations need funding and that they also help in various ways, but the way this is handled doesn’t feel right for many people who simply can’t afford it.
Overall, I’m very frustrated with the experience and hope they reconsider how they provide and price their content.

The content is very informative that’s why I chose to install and subscribe to the app but it’s too expensive. Try to make it affordable so that we can subscribe.
