old app much better. this one extremely slow, laggy, confusing and takes so long just to do anything. feels like i’m using a 2012 app on an ipad

App crashes, when trying to cancel a class it says error occurred try again.
Bugs yet to be resolved
Issues with pausing and payments. Needed to go through office which is a pain as the hours are limited/there is no public interface with the office area, and it’s a generic email that is managed by multiple people.
Cancelling classes
The late cancellation policy is unreasonable
