App crashes, when trying to cancel a class it says error occurred try again.
Bugs yet to be resolved
Issues with pausing and payments. Needed to go through office which is a pain as the hours are limited/there is no public interface with the office area, and it’s a generic email that is managed by multiple people.

Digital pass please!
Can we please get a digital swipe pass for Apple wallet, Google Pay? My #1 pain point is I always forget my swipe. Who carries a wallet anymore?

Intentional Error for
I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for a while because I’m relocating overseas. I’ve tried to do it in person but they told me to do it via this app. I believe there’s an intentional error in the app which doesn’t allow uploading supporting documents (even though the doc size Iş as little as 300 kB). It is a mandatory field so I haven’t been able to cancel my membership

Show calories burned pls
The new app is quite more difficult to use than the old one. A bit slow and It would be great if each class could show an estimated calorie burn. It doesn’t have to be exact, just a rough idea would be really helpful!

Waitlist function doesn’t work
I was excited to see that the new app had a waitlist only to find that there is no way to join the waitlist… it’s just a more confusing way to say the class is full.
Worse unfortunately
promised waitlist feature is visible but doesn’t work on any classes. And we’ve lost the ability to view classes across multiple locations. Really hope the waitlist feature at least will be fixed
Pure trash from the new OnePlayground app
My first ever negative Apple review after dealing with mediocre apps my whole life - that should lend an idea as to how terrible this new OnePlayground app is for me and everyone I know using it.
Inability to select multiple gyms, no prior history available anymore, prehistoric GUI, can’t look at classes that happened on the same day once a certain time has passed - just a handful of mindboggling features that used to exist which are now defunct.
My guess is OnePlayground have gone with a discounted dev team. I’ve never seen a relaunch spectacularly fail on performance & function. The ultimate irony is that the new gym app ironically does not make you want to go to the gym anymore..

Difficult to Use and Extremely Slow
Overall, the app feels quite difficult to use. Previously, I was able to browse and select classes from multiple locations at once, but now I have to choose them one by one, which is quite frustrating. App updates should make life easier, not more complicated.
I would also like the app to display the instructor’s profile photo, like the old version did. It made it easier to recognize and choose classes.
In addition, the app is very unstable and loads extremely slowly. It really needs urgent improvement.

Where are the improvements
Still have to understand which are the improvements. I can’t see multiple studios at the same time, waiting list doesn’t work, class booking gets open like 46 hours before (still unclear) …
Lack of features from the old app
Please bring back the check-in feature and event update in the old app so member will be aware of what’s happening in the club. Also the 3-day class booking window now is based on time rather than day, so if your class is late afternoon or early morning you basically have to wait until that exact class time instead of 12PM to book it.

Why did they make the app 10x worse than the previous one? Can’t add anything to calendar, ugly dated fonts, waitlist doesn’t even work, can’t see instructors that are taking the class anymore & can’t add to ur calendar
