Truly awful
Besides the horrible experience they will spam you email and disregard the unsubscribe requests. Not a single thing about this app works smoothly and I hope you never have this garbage installed

Useless
Your machines never connect to the app, and the wall kiosk never connects to the machines either. This is the worst experience I have ever had and is 100% the reason I am choosing not to renew my lease, because I LITERALLY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO DO LAUNDRY FOR WEEKS. Thanks a lot! :-)

Very fast and way easier than having to swap notes for quarters
Not user friendly
I have to sign in every time I open the app. The interface is confusing and requires a lot of clicking to get to the laundry page. I hate this app.

Your app is terrible and a reflection of your business. Please be better. I paid for a machine (not using the app bc I’ve had trouble with your app before) and it wouldn’t start. I understand that it looks like it’s working on your end, but it’s not. The big thing I want is my refund. I called back and spoke to another lady and while she was courteous and professional, couldn’t issue me a refund bc the charges are pending so I’d have to call back in 24 hours. That’s so much work for me to have to do when I am not the malfunction. I used to use your app but it also took my money with no refund so I don’t trust it. You need to be better. If you’ve gotten $3 from me twice, I can’t imagine how much money you’re making for free by being deliberately difficult and incompetent. I should report your business.

Machines Constantly Do Not Connect to App
This service is unusable, machines do not connect to the app/phone so you can not start laundry. Customer service takes 45 minutes to soak with a human to only get unhelpful responses like we will fix it. 3 weeks later still no fix.
App has been down for weeks, I move out of my apartment this week and they have my money in app
One Tap Away keeps telling my building the app is fixed and then you go to use the laundry room and app doesn’t work. Then we get an email from my place the app is broken again. This has been an ongoing issue since JUNE 16th!!!! The app went back online briefly weeks ago but it’s been completely down for the last 2 weeks and my money is just sitting in the app unusable. I move out of my place this week and still have no way to do my laundry. I have piles of dirty clothes because the nearest laundromat to me is a 20 minute walk away. That’s why my building has laundry, but OneTap away keeps not fixing their app. Fix your app, fix the connectivity issues. Now if it is finally fixed me and hundreds of others are going to be fighting to use the laundry room because nobody has been able to do laundry for 2 weeks at minimum. This is ridiculous, MAKE YOUR APP WORK AND STOP TAKING MONEY IF YOUR APP IS DOWN!!

This app is very easy to use and especially when u need to reload money back on the app and it lets u know when ur clothes are done love it a lot
Inconvenient
It has issues connecting most of the time, but for the past week it won’t connect to the machines at all. I’ve submitted tickets and they have not been completed. Now I have to use the overpriced laundromat in the neighborhood. I requested a refund and it can take 5-10 days even though the app is quick to take our money. Very inconvenient to have to load up my car and drive when I should be able to do laundry right on the premises of my apartment.

Actual garbage. Doesn’t matter if you click in the list or scan the QR code. It just gives you a random machine nearby to pay for. If I click a machine, I WANT TO PAY FOR THAT MACHINE.

Terrible customer service
The app has been down for weeks rendering the washing machines in the building useless. Multiple attempts to contact customer service have resulted in no meaningful solutions or timeline for the issue to be fixed.
Worst service ever
Why can't we just use coins or cash. This app never works and it's always a software issue. I wish we lived in a world where we didn't have to download an app just to wash some clothes.

Wouldn’t make my worst enemy do laundry with this app
It never works. It links to the wrong laundry machine. On wifi. Off wifi. It does. Not. Matter. It takes 20 minutes for the system to connect after crashing the app so I can do laundry. I hate whoever decided to digitally enhance laundry. I had a laundry card that worked great, now I have an app that doesnt work. God did not intend for us to do laundry this way. Its inhumane. Unnatural. I curse the inventor of this app. 0 star review. By the time the app connects I couldve done my laundry in the river the old fashioned way. I wish I didn’t have to use this app, and I wouldn’t make my worst enemy do their laundry with this app.
