Adding time to the dryer cycle might be top 10 worst activities of all time, other than that the app is fine
ur so evil charging 25¢ just for 5 min more time on the dryer. like 45 min leaves my towels extremely damp. what is the point of a dryer that doesn’t dry
This would be very convenient if the laundry room in my apartment wasn’t so damn horrible. Sometimes I’m not able to finish washing all my clothes cuz the network service is so shi
I have had good experiences for the last month using one tap away for my laundry services
This app is very easy to use and it makes it a breeze to do laundry
This app is so quick and easy to use and super user-friendly
Whoever invented paying for laundry through an app only - I wish you the worst
Doesn’t connect unless you scan the barcode from inside the App. Reduced dryer time from 60 minutes to 45. Cannot process payments for stacked dryers that they have assigned with the same dryer number, so you have to move your load to another adjacent dryer. Will absolutely attempt to get you to opt in to marketing from their partners. No one wants this app, we have it because we’re forced to. Apartment life is challenging.

For all the apps you have to download these days, this is by far the worst. Constant connection issues with the app means users have to use the wall mounted touch screen that charges 25 cents more per load of laundry. You could be standing on top of the washer and it still wouldn’t connect to the app. Whoever was involved in developing and pushing this app out should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. You can’t even submit a service request in the moment because - surprise! - not only will the chat function not load, the dropdown menu doesn’t even work. And when you can finally submit a service request, you have to call repeatedly to make sure someone comes to address the issue. Save us all the trouble and shut down this app.

Will tell you your laundry is ready when it isn’t. Scanner doesn’t work half the time.
Love how easy it is to use
Es muy fácil y mejor pagar así las máquinas
My apartment at school uses this service as the ONLY option to pay in a location where most cell service providers struggle to give us even 1 bar of internet. It can add an extra 10-15 minutes to the laundry process just trying to get the app to connect. To top that off they seemingly have not capped the level that their clients can charge. At my location it is 2.50 a load for both washer and dryer and with 2 loads of laundry a week that comes out to 10 whole dollars every week and that’s IF the dryers actually work. There always happens to be one or two of the 4 dryers we have that leave the clothes heavily damp afterwards and there’s no way for me to get my $5 back when that happens, in fact, I just have to put another $5 back in. Absolutely horrible experience. Cap your prices or make your machines actually work and make a way to run laundry offline.

The old app was 1 million times better no comparison whatsoever the person who created this new app should be fired. The person who created this new app is what I call a bird brain. That’s a person who has a brain like a bird.
Straightforward. UI isn’t perfect but it all works just fine.
Their machines always broken. They don’t come to fix it. They charge people for no reason and take service fee. Even one star is too much for them.
Always troubles with connecting to machines
This does not need to be an app based thing because when the app crashes and I can’t get a hold of anyone to fix the issues then what??
There is no way the five star reviews on this app are real. EVERYONE and I mean everyone at my complex has issues with these machines even after the so called ‘upgrades’. They installed stack dryers that each have one control panel and now half the time the machine glitches out so when one dryer is being used you can’t use the other one because the machines thinks it’s being used.

Every week there is a new bug I have to deal with either with the app or the CSC machines. For the past few days I haven’t even been able to access the app. It won’t load.
