Wouldn’t make my worst enemy do laundry with this app
It never works. It links to the wrong laundry machine. On wifi. Off wifi. It does. Not. Matter. It takes 20 minutes for the system to connect after crashing the app so I can do laundry. I hate whoever decided to digitally enhance laundry. I had a laundry card that worked great, now I have an app that doesnt work. God did not intend for us to do laundry this way. Its inhumane. Unnatural. I curse the inventor of this app. 0 star review. By the time the app connects I couldve done my laundry in the river the old fashioned way. I wish I didn’t have to use this app, and I wouldn’t make my worst enemy do their laundry with this app.

App often fails
I understand CSC’s core business is laundry machines, yet they make it hard to pay. In our bldg. in NYC they got rid of the ability to pay with quarters, then also eliminated ability to load money on a CSC magnetic laundry card - and now are App operated only. The problem is, at least in our bldg. on the upper east side of Manhattan - about 1/3 of the time the App doesn’t work. Our bldg. Super and CSC recommend trying to delete the app and reinstall it, which indeed sometimes works - but other times doesn’t. So, in my opinion CSC deserves a 1 star (or a zero star!) because they break the CARDINAL RULE: by making it difficult to pay for their service.

Unreliable
Last app was way more reliable. Tried washing clothes at 1am and app wouldn’t start any washers or dryers no matter what I did so I couldn’t wash clothes for 2 days now since it was weekend. There is a physical machine to pay in laundry room but I put my laundry money in the app thinking it was going to be reliable. So I had to go to work with dirty clothes with no options until they serviced it. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Terrible App
I would say this app worked about 25% of the time. Sometimes it would stop working midway through a load so I would be stuck with a soaked pile of laundry. The QR scanning would often just not connect or bring me to the incorrect machine. When I try to manually select a machine, the same would happen. This made doing laundry extremely unreliable and frustrating.
