Worst App Ever!
I have used many different laundry apps throughout my time living in apartment buildings, and I can say without a doubt that OneTap is the worst I have ever used.
The worst part of my week is having to deal with this app. It constantly logs me out, fails to connect to the machines, and makes doing something as simple as laundry incredibly frustrating. Every time I need to do laundry, I spend at least 5–10 minutes trying to find a machine the app will actually connect to. I am constantly force-quitting and restarting the app just to get it to scan a machine. Then, when it finally does connect, it will often tell me that the machine is unavailable—even when it is completely empty and not in use. This happens with both the washers and dryers.
The entire point of an app like this is supposed to be convenience, but I would honestly much rather use quarters if it meant I could start my laundry when I actually wanted to.
On top of the constant technical issues, the price point is absolutely ridiculous. Based on my experience, I will actively avoid renting in any building that uses OneTap in the future. What should be a simple and convenient amenity has instead become one of the most frustrating parts of living in my building.

the bluetooth list aways refreshing when trying to select machine, and it takes 3 or more times to select the correct machine, so stupid
